Lasrial was so nervous Athena had informed him earlier that day that he was going to be going on a blind date. Why did they do this to him or the girl they had set him up with. Things like this scared him. He had picked his favorite diner to eat at. He would feel a bit more comfortable and safe there so he figured that was a good place to take this girl Liloh. It was a pretty name he thought and he wanted her to like him at least a little bit. He would feel really bad if he gave her a really bad date. So he was trying his best to impress her. But he really just wanted to go hide. Athena had looked at him and told him if he even tried to hide she would drag him to the dinner and chain him to the booth or duct tape him there or maybe even both. To make sure he was there for the date. A few others had told him the same thing so he had stopped trying to run away from his nerves. They told him he might even enjoy it making a friend or something even more through this blind date.

He wasn't sure if he believed them but it was nice of them to say. And he wasn't about to abandon this girl. That would make her feel awful. He could never do that to someone. It would just be so cruel and unfair of him. He wasn't a selfish guy if he ran he would be selfish so he refused to run and be selfish. That wasn't him. As the time got closer he began to fidget and pace. His nerves starting to get the best of him. Closing his eyes he took slow deep breaths to calm himself. Opening up his eyes it was time to go to the date. He grabbed a bunch of flowers he thought were pretty and put them in a bouquet. He wanted to impress her. He walked to the diner and got them a very nice booth. Lasrial was a bit early and made small talk with the servers and slowly relaxed as he laughed making jokes with them. It was nice as he waited for Liloh to arrive. He hoped she didn't stand him up.

Lasrial sat there talking to the other servers and trying to relax as they teased him and messed with him. He was so nervous but the way they were teasing him made him laugh and come out of his shell a bit. He started to play with the water in his cup. Making it create pretty shapes to amuse himself and the servers who stopped by to talk to him. He stopped the second one of the servers coughed. Looking up to see a gorgeous girl entering the diner. He gulped scared she was the girl who was his date. But then he saw one of the servers point to him. He looked at the server as she winked at him. He smiled and tried so hard not to blush. He did not want to look like a blushing idiot when this girl looked like a goddess. He wanted to kill Athena. She had set him up with someone who was way out of his league. He watched her prance over to him and kept his smile on his face. She looked so cute and eager. He didn't know why she was so eager to see him. He wasn't anything that special.

He grinned at what she said. "Yes I'm Lasrial it is a pleasure to meat you Liloh." He looked down at the table and saw the bouquet he had brought. He hoped she would like it and that it was good enough for her. He looked back up at her and gave her the bouquet of flowers. "Here I picked these for you I hope you like them." He grinned an adorable boyish grin. Then smiled wider as fries were brought to the table. He pushed them into the middle. "Would you like to share these?" He hoped she would and that she would like the food here. The fries were always good. They tended to put some sort of spice on them for him to make them more fun. Always something different. "What do you like to eat?" He figured that was a very good thing to know before they ordered food. He wanted to make sure she enjoyed this and the food they got.

Lasrial took a deep breathe and calmed down. He needed to not be so nervous around her. She was a very pretty girl but he needed to calm down. There was no reason to be this nervous he just kept telling himself that. He saw her get nervous too but it faded as soon as it came and he decided to stop being nervous around her. He wasn't sure what he thought of her and wouldn't decide anything until he got to know her better. He hated to judge people by how they looked or on first impressions. He preferred to wait and see how they truly were when they were being themselves. So Lasrial would wait for a while before he tried to figure out who she was and what she was really like. Seeing her reaction to the flowers he had brought her pleased him greatly. He was so happy that she liked those flowers. He had been worried maybe she wouldn't like those flowers or something else.

But seeing her gently take them and thank him made him feel much better. "You are very welcome Liloh I'm glad you like them. I wasn't sure what type of flowers you liked." He blushed as she called him sweet and reacted so strongly to the flowers. He didn't think what he had done was that sweet. He could do much sweeter things than just bringing a pretty girl flowers. Seeing her smile so much was definitely worth taking the time to find the pretty flowers for her. He laughed as she smiled even more at his smile. He pushed the plate closer to her and took a bite of the fries. They were excellent as always. He loved the food here it was amazing. Seeing her eat he grinned. "You're welcome. And I'm glad you think they are so delicious I think they are too. And eat as much as you like don't worry about it. I can always order more." He ate more not caring how she ate her food. That was just something people did what did it matter if people ate quickly or slowly.

He waited as he wanted to know what she liked. Listening to what she said he chuckled. He liked those but he did also like fruits and veggies. "Well they have most of those things and everything here is very good. It's one of the reasons I love it so much. I love to eat almost anything but I tend to have a bit of a sweet tooth. Though I love everything here. We can order a few things and share them if you like." He smiled at her and ate a few more fries.
