❤ This is something was discussed around Gaia not so long ago- raising the markeplace auction fee. For those who don't know what it is, it's the 2% of gold that is given to Gaia when you sell something.
Example:
Item being sold for 1,000g.
2% of it, 20g is given to Gaia, and the seller of the item only gets 880g.
It may not seem much, but when you sell items worth something around 525k, 10.5k is given back to Gaia.
I don't really support it because:
1. Since sellers are going to lose more gold if the fee goes up, they'll increase their item prices to get more gold = We have to spend more gold crying
2. I actually sell items on the marketplace, so less gold = emotion_donotwant

Oh, I've never thought of the first reason. It's terrible, in my opinion.
