Zanpakuto Appearance: Netami is sheathed in plain hazel wood with a single orchid which serves as the loop for its string. The hilt of the sword is the same hazel wood as her sheath wrapped in purple silk. The tsuba (cross guard) is in the shape of of an orchid. The blade is a bit thinner than normal on a katana and is detailed with flowers.
Zanpakuto Spirit: Netami appears as a small girl in a pink floral kimono with her sword at her side. She wears makeup that hides her face and makes it appear as flowers floating in a pool of water. Oddly the flowers move as the false water ripples with her movements. Her voice is soft and sweet, flowing like water but cold as ice.
Inner World: The inner world of Envy's zanpakuto is a endless sea of calm water. It laps gently as orchids float about and the occasional frog croaks in the distance but is never seen. Ancient trees rise from the water in constant blossom, their petals float among a warm breeze landing into the water to fade away. Envy can walk upon the water as can Netami. When Envy is in turmoil the world becomes cold, steady rain stirring the waters and killing it's flowers. The blossoms fade and the old trees branches bare.

Shikai Appearance: Natami's blade stays mostly the same except for several ribbons that twirl about at will. These ribbons stretch out connecting to the ribbons of her friends. These ribbons are purely spiritual and can not cause damage or hinder movement in this state.
Shikai Abilities: All her friends connected by her purple ribbons may share Zanpakuto abilities and they become envious of each others abilities. They may choose to use each others abilities if they have seen them used before. However those of a lower level may not use a higher level ability for instance a lieutenant may not use a captain ranked power. They may only use one ability (for a single post) before they must revert back to their own or choose a new one to copy.

From within there is only an infinite number of ribbons. Her face is now revealed to be truly beautiful. She cannot be described nor remembered except for the fact that she is the true incarnation of beauty.
Bankai Appearance: The blade of Netami splits apart into a storm of ribbons to engulf her enemies. The ribbons are pink and purple in color and can regenerate if severed. They stretch endlessly and amount in the thousands.

It becomes a constantly activated symbol until its somehow destroyed or removed. This symbol allows either the one that created the symbol, people the creator allowed the single to share with, or various monitors in the Castle to view all in the sight of the symbol. This is because these crossed over eye symbol is a sign of the Observers, the eyes meaning that wherever that symbol is is constantly on watched, always being Observed.
The Gateway:
Each Observer also has the natural ability to create doors out of thin air, similar to that of a Senkaimon, however this creates a hole not just through space like a Garganta, but through space into another world, as its own Universe that is only accessible by an Observers Gateway.. This prevents intrusion of other beings into their world, as well as protects the innocent in their world.

Though many Observers are that of a race with a Special Speed ability, those who lack such an ability still are gifted with the ability of High Speed Mobility, which, if they are of a high enough level, can keep up with that of a Shinigami's Flash Step or an Arrancar's Sonido.

The only difference in this power, is that it copies all abilities that a foe has, both natural or race dependent. She can copy the form of a Quincy's bow, complete with the ability to break down Reishi and fire arrows; the zanpakuto of a Shinigami or Visored, along with a Visored's mask and all the powers it possesses: a fullbringer's powers, along with a copy of their fullbring, etc. She can hold these stolen powers from a single foe for a longer time (5 posts).
Within this time frame, she is capable of using any and all abilites of the foe whose power she mimics. She also gains a small degree of whatever skill that foe had using their weapons, but never the full skill in it that they possess. She can choose at any time to release her mimicked powers and proceed to attempt to copy a new individual's powers.
