On the large colony of Barraccat sits the figurehead government that ties all of the colonies together. Although claiming to rule and direct the other colonies it serves more as a clerical service, keeping records of the colonies and maintaining the ties and communications that keep the loose network together. Officially called the Central Office of Inter-Colony Administration most refer to it as the Brain or the Head in relation the the military’s name of the 100 Hands.
