Neutral territory is defined as any area not specifically claimed as faction space. These are places such as most of the open void of space and the many asteroids and moons that dot our Sol System. These places are often havens for those that feel that they don’t fit into any of the other societies molds. They are often used as neutral meeting grounds for faction dignitaries when they believe that even the moon is not save enough.
