The rules set forth for the guild also apply here. However, this is Luna, so there are a few more rules. Lunarian's are classified as those who were physically born on the surface of the Moon. Whether the person was born inside of the colony or in one of the company bases does not matter. If you were born on the Moon you are considered a Lunarian, which gives dioplamatic immunity. Though if the Lunarian government finds an act to be of treason against Luna, any claims filed to the High Council will be considered and tried. Only Luna has the power to try and convict the Lunarian's.
