Personality
Kelly is a shy little creature, and it's a mystery to many why he even wants to be a rescuer. He's hesitant and slow to make choices, but deep down he wants to help other Pokemon! It takes him a lot of coaxing to go out into dangerous situations but he always manages to come through in the end. When not on missions, he can be found nibbling on berries or having a quiet nap away from strangers.
