~Biography~
Bio: Being exposed to a family full of craftsmen, painters, sculptors, etc., Gaar took after the same line of work as a kid. He strifed to be a musician, being that music is practically the art of sound. Before the GeoTech incident his profession made him enough money to live. Gaar never liked making a whole lot of money because he thought his work was solely for thee art, and not for the money itself, which is why he doesn't make a lot of money because in the current world people did "art" mostly for the money anyways, and often times people were successful with getting such masses of money. Even after some of the events that took place due to GeoTech's wrath, he rarely does music at all, and when he does he doesn't expect coin at all, but only criticism and enjoyment.
Though that's not how he joined the Knights.
When he was age 15 and still had a sense of exploration in that childish/mid-teen way, Gaar came upon a what was a mere stone to him as he was swimming at a pond nearby his home. He was diving down to look for granite stones so one if his older siblings could use it to carve it into something more fascinating. Instead, he found a stone that gave him a tingle when it was within his grasp, he felt replenished, with no explaination why. Feeling this he got the idea to keep it for himself, in case he would like to have that same sense of replenishment.
It was a near year before finding out what it could really be used for. Gaar had the stone fastened into a necklace, he found it to be more of a good luck charm and began wearing it wherever he went. One time as he was swimming alone in a lake that was further away from his home, he swam out to a deeper part of the lake, just to see what everything looked like from the center of the lake. It was growing rather dark though, so he decided to swim back, this time he swam part of the way underwater. He never opened his eyes when he swam underwater, so he could see exactly how much faster he made it to the shore than he did to the middle of the lake. He swam right into a rock near shore, feeling a bang on the top of his head. He crawled up to shore, not even groaning from the large rock he just swam into at a speed he didn't even realize he was going. He layed down on shore, the water still crashing against it in small waves, wondering how he went that fast to shore and not out to the center as fast. As another small wave hit him, he began to notice a small orb of water conforming to his hand, the orb getting slightly bigger as the waves crashed. He realized he was holding the water and it's volume in a controlled area within his hand. After that night he went home, went to sleep, cleaned himself up and got a meal. After all of that he went out to the pond to do even more experementing. He was able to control portions of water so long as it made contact with him. Making the water bend into different shapes and figures.
Throughout the years he has kept quiet about this, until GeoTech became controlling even more than it should. It was only soon before a member of the Knight's had found Gaar in his pond toying with the water and doing all sorts of neat things with it while he was walking. He stopped to ask how he was doing that, this shocked Gaar and instantly let the water take it's place back in the pond. As he turned to talk to the Knight, the Knight instantly noticed a small stone fashioned into a necklace around Gaar's neck. He instantly questioned how he got such a thing, it was usually the Knights themselves that were able to achieve the honor of carrying such a stone. Gaar told him the story of how he found it in the very same pond he was in, with no idea of how it got there or where its origins came from. The Knight later showed him a stone similar to Gaar's, just with a different set of abilities. He even told Gaar why he had it, what he used it for especially in this time of despair. The Knight then convinced Gaar to come along with him to meet the others, and possibly decide staying with the rest of the Knights. Gaar agreed, not long after that he explained to his family he was leaving to achieve something much bigger. With a family of craftsmen his family expected it to be something concerning music or art, two things he was already good at. Though throughout his explanation, he never mentioned anything concerning war or any sort of act of violence. With more years of training the abilities he had with the stone on him, he later became a full fledged Knight, one with elemental abilities seeing as how he controlled water and all.
~Fighting Info~
Weapon(s) - Blade: Twin Kukri blades. Blades that give a slight jolt if made past the boundaries of the flesh, as if being stung by a jelly fish.
Weapon(s) - Firearm: A rifle that is semi-automatic, but can hit pretty long ranges. (So practically like the DMR from Halo: Reach)
Armor/ Defensive: Light armored for mobility, most of the time only wearing light chest armor with a pauldron and a pair of steel-capped knee pads.
Abilities: Can shoot a high pressure jet of water from his chest, which serves as an attack with knockback in order to get some distance. He can control the movements of water so long as it makes skin contact with him, though he is unable to control extremely high volumes of water. (So he can't take all the water from whole lakes and rivers, just smaller portions of it.)
