I am always looking for a new way to make something unique looking while not being too complicated.
I just got a new chaise lounge and it needs an afghan. I am going to make a million and a half knitting test swatches and then stitch them together as if it were a knitted quilt pattern.

Ok, not a million, just about 235 of them.

I am really slow so I am only 4 swatches in. They aren't super consistent which is a good thing I think. I want to patchwork it.
I am going to have to use several brands of yarn, this yarn only makes 4 swatches a skein and it is $13 a skein.

I gave in and decided to do some of it in a cheaper yarn, bulkier yarn.

Uggg, I got about 10 rows in to a 10x10 square and realized I dropped a stitch somewhere.
