☼ Getting Personal… ❧ [ Personality… ] Emmaline is a sharp and usually somewhat reserved woman- it’s not that she’s especially shy, just a bit wary around newcomers. She has a strong stubborn streak, and somewhat of a temper. She was raised in a very traditional family and on a subconscious level, it shows- mainly in her fine taste and mannerisms. However, she is not a bit fan of being held to these traditions, and can be rather contrary when the subject is brought up. She tries her best to let loose a bit now that she’s out on her own, but that can be difficult when managing a business!
❧ [ Appearance ] Emmaline is rarely seen with her long wavy hair down- it is always up and out of the way. Her eyes are your average muddled blue, and she is rather notably tall- which she doesn’t let stop her from occasionally boasting it further with heels for nights out at the bar.
❧ [ My story goes a little something like this… ] Hailing from a western port-side town, Emmaline grew up in a place slightly busier than Green Glen. She came from a long line of wine makers, and quite the large extended family- most of whom stayed close to the Vineyard her great grandparents had founded. With business booming, it seemed nobody wanted to rock the boat. Excepting, perhaps, Emmaline. She had been raised a young lady, not to work in the fields but to one day be a wife, however, it seemed she was more apt to the former. Tall, strong and bossy, she had difficulty boasting the daintiness the was so well sought after, which struck a chord with her temper. Disgruntled about the family’s ribbing on the matter, the girl set her mind to becoming a good wine-maker instead. Who needed any of that anywho? Fed up with the family at last (though she would come to miss them) Emmaline set out at 21 to found her own Vineyard in the Valley. It was no easy matter, but she managed to stick to it long enough to convince her Family she had made the right choice, and the Winery’s now work in cooperation with eachother. She does think of home at times, but she enjoys her freedom thoroughly.
