My favorites are Scylla, Alraunes, Naga & Lamia, Goo Girls & Slimes, Arachnid Girls and Slug girls.
I also like a few various Demoness types too, depending on what they are.

Some of my favorite artists of the genre are Homealone_447 (Droid447), Blackadder and Dizzydills. As a matter of fact, my current avi is modeled after a Dizzydills character named Julia Mackey (Juli)

ooh my goodness >w< I don't know too many of the specifics, but I find naga girls, dragon girls, mermaids, and arachne/spider girls to be pretty cool and sexy. ^o^
