So, I've played bass for about 4 or 5 years now. Recently, I decided I wanted to learn how to play guitar and my buddy let me borrow his acoustic. Before this I had only messed around with an electric guitar on a couple occasions. The two things I'm having problems getting used to are holding down a chord for a while and also the body of the acoustic is way bigger than what I'm used to. Are these things related at all & do you have any tips on how to get used to those things?
