Located at the top of the pagoda is the office and residence of the Grand Kidō Chief, Yulan Bīng. The room is rather spacious, but like the rest of the Pagoda it's almost completely empty save for a few of the bare necessities - a table, two cushions, and some minor decorations. The office is always neat and tidy because the woman hands all her paper work in early, and thus is never really swamped with anything that needs to be done. Like the rest of the building, Yulan's office is reiryoku-proof, making it hard to damage with Kido and any abilities that require spiritual energy.
