This is where the main purpose of this guild takes place, this is where any problems someone might have about what's happening in the O/M. This can be anywhere from an unfair RP move, to the decisions of a base getting destroyed.
As you all know, this guild is slowly growing, hopefully it will make it to be much larger than this.

I know this sounds kinda funny comming from my tiny guild...but i think an issue for guilds, old and new is Membership. I've talked to several guilds, and it's getting harder and harder to replace members who retired or recruting new members. Is it me or is the O/M so eliteist that we are killing ourselves by not training new members of the community and instead shunning them and calling them n00bs.

Now-a-days it is becomming increasingly harder to recruit and train new members. Out of ever 10 recruited only about 2 actually remain active. To tell the truth, the O/M threads are taking them away from us. Many Gaians just dont seem willing to commit to something, or they have other obligations to attend to.

Well...I'm in O/M I don't see these guys comming to me because I'm trying to get my leagal wing back up and running I'm going to ED to hire people. Because no-one in the O/M forums wants to join up with a Left-Wing Political group let alone one that is highly violent.

I am in agreeance here as well. I do believe that getting people to commit is getting harder nowadays. Instead of shunning the, for lack of a better word, noobish ones, I believe that it is our duty, as commanders, to instruct them, and to help further benefit their RP skills. I think we lose many new members through the shunning of eager people.

One other idea...should we set up a newbie training center, make a safe place for newbies to grow learn and become better RPers?

I'm personally against the idea of the n00b training.... but I suppose that's only due to my personal ability to learn. I learned how to RP simply by watching other people do it for a while. The training center is actually a good idea, just not one that should be implimented in this guild.

Heck, I'm not in charge of you.... I simply am the head of this organization, you do not need permission from me to do anything that doesn't try and chang the guild too much.

Well, I think that the training of newbies isn't a bad idea, if we can train up dedicated ones, inactivity should hopefully go down.

I think, that training newbies is a good idea
however I wish for more "fairer" fights.
EDIT: I really took that "Lesser armies" thing offensive
