To destroy Amaterasu city and to obtain the treasure lurking beneath. His mind is altered to serve the leader of Fuzen and as a result he is corrupted. After rigorous training and experiments he is ready to take the device that can change anything. Ready to fight for it, Kill for it, Die for it. Yin is very childlike, Yang is more mature about matters. Bio: Yin and Yang are two of the original 15 Youkai to be created long before Kalastair and others. There strengths being insurmountable and unstable. Both were created by impalnting children with demonic tissue. The great Sif's of light and Dark were taken and placed withing there genetic makeup. Yin was altered to never age unless she released a certain amount of power. Yang however continues to age unaffected by the demons life giving properties. Name: Riley Lynch Nickname: Age: 18 Job: Student; Senior Sex: Male Race: ??? Personality: He has the evil side of him; the side that likes to fight and is a little sadistic and aggressive, and ruthless. He also happens to have the side of him that is kind and enjoys falling in love. Bio: He was born into the Lynch family, a prestigious family of fighters and scientists and loyal to Fuzen. He was born to hate Amaterasu and he went to Fuzen Academy, where they taught him magics and how to fight. Riley was always best in the class, training long and hard. He was selected to participate in the annual 'Hunger Games' at age 15 to see how strong he really is. Of course, being in the illustrious Lynch family, he didn't want to disappoint, so he killed the other 11 contestants that were in the battle dome with him without a second thought. He was honored and celebrated, rewarded with many things. At 16, he fell in love with a girl in his city. Well, until she was chosen to be a contestant in the annual Hunger Games. Unfortunately, she wasn't as strong as the others and was killed almost immediately. Riley was absolutely devastated and he began questioning the ethics of Fuzen. Was this right? To be pitting their own people against one another? Going after a peaceful city for years and killing their innocent people? Of course, he never spoke any of this aloud, or else he'd be killed for treason. Nonetheless, Riley continued serving Fuzen, training and working hard. Now, he is sent on a special mission. He is now a senior and he currently infiltrating Amaterasu as a student at the other school there, Sunagawa Academy. He is pretending to be a non-magical citizen that attends the school. Personality: He is void of all emotion. And because of this, he seems quiet and distant. He remains loyal to only Fuzen. He follows all orders of his superiors and will carry them out without a second thought.
Bio: Shinji was the tenth of 15 experiments. He was made from the DNA of the original Shinji Yamamoto. Shinji X was an embryo made from the first Shinji and his wife that had been cryogenically frozen and copied for many uses. When Fuzen began to get more technologically advanced and discovered new and more ways to create youkais, they copied the embryo and injected it with DNA from a youkai. They kept Shinji in a tank while he was a fetus, keeping him there for a full 9 months, giving him the necessary nutrients and keeping watch. After 9 months, he was ready to be taken out of the tank. After nuturing the boy for six years, they (as in scientists), immediately enrolled him into Fuzen and trained him.

Character is EBIL!!!Name: Kai Finnigan Nickname: Gardian Of The South Age: 18 Job: Fuzen Protector Sex: Male Race: Human Personality: Because he is the second powerful member of the "Puppet master 4" he likes to look down on the weak. Fighting is the one thing that gives his life a purpose and he has no issue with landing the final blow. He is self-centred at times and is highly arrogant. The one flaw in his character would be his obsession with becoming a sibling that his older brother approved of. He is constantly trying to prove himself but alas every time he tries he is ignored and frowned upon by Fueron. Bio: Second member of the Puppet master 4 and a powerful warrior. Kai likes to battle everyone he can. He is the younger brother to the group leader and likes to annoy his brother as much as possible. He was raised by his farther as his mother walked out on the family after an intense battle with Fueron over her doll "Houger". He blames his farther for most of his misfortune as the man has no kindness in his heart and beat up both boys from a younger age. Kai joined Fuzen alongside his older brother where they developed and evolved their abilities well beyond anyother family member. The boys flew up the ranks pretty quickly and became the protectors of the school and make sure to keep other students in line. It Can use expert fire magic easily and a few master spells. He eats external fire to increase his own and his whole body acts like a furnace. When Kai commands " Zutage Bringen" A huge fire will ignite in-front of him and Roukeron will step out of the inferno.  - Master Pyromancer: On his own Kai is a powerful Pyromancer, conjuring flames/flame generation is his specialty. No one in Fuzen (but maybe the headmistress) can generate the amount of fire Kai can. He uses these flames to defend and attack with. - Total fire resistance: Kai is completely resistant to fire, it can not harm hi in anyway. However he maybe weaker to water magic. It wont kill him but it can potentially nullify his own magic. Weapon(s): -Kai owns an enchanted blade that is used to augment his fire magic into the blade and to enhance its killing power. Other Info: Just like him his doll "Roukeron" has bloodlust and loves to take on pain as he revels in it. He hates men especially and likes to burn everything to ash. He allows his enemy to repent if they are truely dying and will always attend their funeral if possible. He Hates if farther just like his younger brother Kai and his mother for abandoning them. Bio: Fueron is the leader of the Puppet master 4 and is the psychopath. He sees the world as one big mistake just like his power. He always hated using his doll during childhood as he saw it as wrong. He was beaten by his farther who forced Fueron to escape from the family estate with his annoying little brother. He has always been a silent student and an odd teacher. He specializes in elemental magic, mainly air magic. Fueron became cold to everyone and began researching into air magic more and more. He secretly perfected his own magic under the radar of both Fuzen and Amerterasu and even helped Kai develope his powers. The two became monsters who were hell-bent on proving they were the best magicians. And it was through Fuzen they would show the world they did not need anyone to look after them, they were the alpha dogs now. It technically has no physical body, a mass of compressed wind currents making a creature that can not be touched by natural means. Only powerful variations of fire magic can touch it. Only Fueron and Kazekaigan (Kai too but Fueron does not know that) know about that weakness. When Fueron commands " Zutage Bringen" a whirlwind will form from the surrounding air and form his doll. Fueron only uses his doll against the toughest of opponents.  - Master Aeromancer: Fueron is a master air/wind mage one who could stand upto a yamamoto and potentially survive. He can soften, heat up, turn cold, sharpen and do anything he wishes with air. Every aspect of the element has been unlocked by him. - Secret puppet master arts: Fueron has been studying the link between doll and caster over the years and has perfected a spell that allows him to sacrifice his doll in order to gain its attributes. More specifically its body's attributes. The caster will perform the spell which instantaneously kills the doll and augments his body to become compressed currents of air. This makes the caster the doll and just like the doll this new form can be summoned through the same means as a normal doll. - Black wind: The caster can enhance their wind magic, turning their air and wind they control black. This makes the magic more unstable and volatile. It will lash out and almost have a mind of its own. It can cause more damage but can explode in the casters face. The caster can revert the winds back to normal but this takes up energy. Appearance: He is a tall and lanky man who is perminately sad. He wears suits all the time and wears a red pentical necklace. Personality: Eliza is stoic, always remaining calm in tense situations. Unlike the rest of her family members, Eliza is loving and caring and sweet. She despises vile and malicious things. She is very organized, hard-working, responsible, dependable, analytical, determined, and logical. She is seen as quiet and reserved to herself, an introvert. She thinks and hypothesize a lot. So most of the time when you speak to her, she probably wouldn't be listening, but rather off in the depths of her mind. She often dismisses things she deems as "illogical" and not realistic. Although, Eliza can be a bit of a daydreamer, especially when she was younger. She dreamed of leaving the walls of Fuzen and exploring the parts of the world. When she was younger, she was adventurous, but as time passed, her child innocence was lost, as well as that adventurous trait.
Bio: Eliza's descendants were Swedish, which explains for her Swedish surname. Her descendants were some of the people that lived in the ancient, and ruined city of Anavio. Her descendants were intelligent scientists, alchemists, and mages. They decided to join Fuzen instead of Amaterasu. For years, the Johanssons worked at the Fuzen Laboratory, so this only meant that Eliza would be working there as well. It was basically inevitable. Eliza started off as any other citizen of Fuzen. At the age of 6, she was sent off to the Academy, learning how to fight and kill. She absolutely hated it. She was taught to hate Amaterasu and show hate to everyone around and to be ruthless and cold. But she didn't want to be. She was naturally a loving, and caring person. Unlike most of the people at Fuzen, Eliza developed her own morals and values. She disagreed with the ethics and works of Fuzen. She didn't like how they managed the city and did the terrible things they did. But of course, she had to keep this to herself, unless she wanted to be executed for treason. Eliza went with the flow. She spent her days daydreaming about life outside of the walls. She dreamed of what it was like to be in the heavenly city of Amaterasu. She always hears things about Amaterasu; How well off they were, and how much stronger they were becoming. She liked to think that she belonged at Amaterasu, because she never really fitted in with her peers. She didn't enjoy killing things and seeing others suffer. Eliza grew and developed an interest in science, which wasn't a surprise since all of her family members were scientists. Eliza was taught certain fields of science by her relatives, but this didn't make her happy. She wanted to leave the walls and go somewhere else, somewhere new to her. But Eliza grew older and new it was not possible. She was a prisoner in the walls of Fuzen. Eliza continued studying science and magic and how to kill. She occasionally went with her parents and relatives to the labs. She found her peace there when she was working and experimenting with youkai and human DNA. At the early age of 16, she graduated from Fuzen Academy so she could begin her work at the lab. She immediately began working. Although she hated working on things for such an evil place, she had to. She loved science, and this was the only way she could get to work with it. At the age of 19, Eliza was sent off to another city to study more science things. She was sent to a city in Colorado, and studied at a college there for a year and a half before returning to Fuzen. She loved Colorado. It wasn't like Fuzen at all and she wasn't caged in one place. She was sad when she had to come back to her dreadful hometown. She began dreaming of traveling the world again, but again, she knew it wasn't realistic. So, Eliza began thinking, and she came up with a risky idea. She was one of the scientists that helped created some of the youkais disguised as humans and she believed that she could create a youkai but instead of the creature being a vicious, evil thing, she could apply some of her DNA into it so the youkai could be kind and loving. She would then let the youkai go into Amaterasu so it could assist the city. Now, Eliza is still working at Fuzen's labs, researching, and testing new theories.

Name: Lucifer Kingsmen Nickname: Age: 15 years old Job: Student/Assassin Sex: Male Race: Blood Elf/Stellar Dragon Personality: Lucifer is an apathetic, deadly, and cold individual. His first priority is always the revenge he seeks on his twin sister, Lucy, who attends Amaterasu Academy. He won't hesitate to strike down those he thinks are holding him back. Lucifer is over-confident in his abilities, sees no one as his rival and relies on no one for support. He can be very sadistic towards those around him. He also refuses to acknowledge his own emotions because he views them as a liability rather than an asset. Bio: At a young age, Lucifer had an innocent curiosity and love for his developing powers. He took pride in making his parents proud, but he had felt bad on the way Lucy was pushed away for not possessing any powers. He made a goal that once he mastered control of his abilities, he would use them to protect Lucy. Being a natural, it didn't take long for him to reach that goal. Before he was able to go see Lucy, their father had begun the traditional family training routine for their future heirs, which was anything but easy. Lucifer felt upset since it wasn't his true goal. He wanted to be a hero for Lucy, the person she could rely on. He addressed this with his father, but his father chided him that it was such sentimentality that bred weakness and resulted in unnecessary deaths. Lucifer decided he would become someone who was cold, but strong in order to protect his twin sister. After returning from a month long training program, Lucifer was ready to face Lucy as her hero, but grew jealous and extremely upset when he discovered she had found a reliable companion, a flying white deer she had named Holly. This led to Lucifer mistreating Lucy out of frustration and jealousy since he was not properly shown how to deal with his emotions. It was the incident from their birthday that sent him over the edge. He had gotten Lucy a charm bracelet with two silver twelve-sided dice charms. He had put that it was from Uncle Leonard because Lucifer was afraid that Lucy would not accept the gift if she had known it was from him. Excited, Lucifer went to go tell Lucy about her gift and met some of his cousins along the way. Everything went wrong. His cousins began harassing Lucy and told Lucifer to join in. Lucifer made a bad decision to join because he needed to keep his position in order to maintain the family. Holly had attacked Lucifer, rekindling his bad emotions he had felt towards her. They were called inside for the celebration before he was able to retaliate. It was break time for parents and playtime for kids. Lucifer's control snapped and allowed his bad emotions to run rampant, completely blurring his judgement, and taking them out on Holly when he found her in which ultimately killed her. To send a message to Lucy that no one could be stronger than him, he put Holly's severed head in a present for Lucy with no name. The result was Lucy massacring the entire family and almost killing him. Due to this incident, Lucifer felt betrayed and disgusted with himself for ever want to protect her. Once he managed to escape, he had enrolled at Fuzen Academy and began searching for Lucy. He was about to kill her in her suspended state, but found she had been taken to Amaterasu Academy. Leaving him excited and ready for his revenge of the betrayal. He will destroy the Academy to dust particles if it means getting at Lucy. I command thee, guardians of the night sky." Devastation of the Dead Star- This long incantation makes Lucifer act as a black hole. Almost anything will be pulled into the space around him against it's will and sucked into the black hole into nothing. If the the incantation is fully completed three times, it could absorb a large city with everyone in it. As the same consequence as Lucy, if invoked three times, the user will need to go into a regenerative hibernation to restore depleted stellar energy. He completely despises Amaterasu. He's ruthless and disorganized and a little insane. Although, he is very very intelligent. He can also be a huge kiss-up. He never wants to get on the council's bad side. Bio: At a young age, Ezra was basically a science prodigy. Of course, at the age of 6, he was taken to Fuzen Academy to be trained how to kill and fight. But he graduated at the age of 12 in order to work at the labs. He was an excellent scientists, and any of the older scientists envied him. He made many discoveries and worked on many experiments and such. He has a younger sister named Elizabeth. He never acts/treats her like she is his sister. He treats her like someone would to a co-worker. Name: Nori Nickname: Age: 15 Job: Experiment 9 of 15; Student; Assassin Sex: Female Race: Youkai Personality: She is timid, shy, reserved, awkward, lonesome, emotionless. She always follows orders. Whenever she's out on a killing mission she always does it with ease and no emotions or resent whatsoever. She does not care if she or someone else gets hurt when accomplishing her missions. When doing missions she is focused solely on completing it and fulfilling her orders. Bio: She was the ninth experiment. When she was being made the scientists took a young girl and injected her with youkai DNA and other formulas. These formulas made her keep her human form and gave her a youkai one. At first, she was very unstable, but as they injected more DNA and stuff into her, it stabilized her. Like everyone else, she was entered into Fuzen and learned how to kill at a very young age. Being one of the 15 experiments, Nori is very strong and skilled. She is often deployed on assassin missions. Personality: He's insane, evil, vile, cruel, ruthless. He has no soft spot for anyone or anything, with the small exception of his wife. He's the type of person you don't want to piss off. Being one of the presidents, many fear him but at the same time admire him. He treats everyone as inferior, except for Evernight, since she is his only equivalent. He has no empathy nor sympathy. He doesn't give two shits about anyone's life.
Bio: His descendants was the great Henry Sybaris, the man that found the formula for the Tengoku and one of the founders of Fuzen City. Like his descendants, he has great power, hatred for Amaterasu, and desire for the Tengoku. His parents were James and Marie Sybaris. Like any other kid, he fought long and hard, every day. He didn't mind it though. Although when he was little, he did wish he could be a normal kid that did normal things. But as he grew, those thoughts seemed petty and foolish. Like his parents and his descendants, his life goal is to retrieve the Tengoku and destroy Amaterasu, showing the whole world that Fuzen is superior. He is the president of the Council.
