  Hana
Hana couldn't stop thanking Vern, even when they got to her door. There it was! Her name on the front of it! And... With two others? That was wonderful! To Hana, she couldn't have been happier! She'd be a normal girl for a change. It was all so exciting! "It... big!" She awed, having been told that dorm rooms were cramped and tiny. It was most likely some tactic to scare her, and she was happy to learn that it was wrong. "Where yu room?" She asked her new friend, hoping to hear him say something that would put him close to her. It would only be too perfect if the nicer people she met today were fairly close. "Come in plees!" She was eager to invite him in, eager to try and settle her things and start her one year of being normal.

I... just wander ‘round with ๓ץ єץєร ฬเ๔є รђยt, because of you. νєяη кєℓιιкσα νєяη кєℓιιкσα ωє ѕρєηт συт ℓινєѕ, яυηηιηg тняσυgн тнє ωαѕтєℓαη∂. And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ The entire trek to Hana's dorm, she kept thanking him profusely for helping her out; after a point his sweat just dropped everytime. He kept trying to tell her that it was no big deal, but it was sweet when somebody thought that such a small act of kindness was the biggest deal. Sweet, but also a little sad. It... big!" She exclaimed in awe at the room as they entered. He giggled a little, finding her sheltered-ness a tad amusing. "My room? Oh well um... Unfortunately, the boys' dorm is on the other side of the campus..." He knew in his heart, that as soon as he started answering her question she was going to be disappointed with it. "The Headmistress doesn't want any accidents happening if the boys and girls are kept too close, so that's why we're on opposite sides of the school." He hoped that she would understand what he meant, but given the language barrier she might not.
She invited him into the room, and he entered. He'd been inside of the girls' dorms before, so seeing that the place looked... exactly the same, as that of the boys' dorm didn't surprise him at all. "Hey Hana-chan, I'm going to use your bathroom really quickly. Be right back." Since Vern hadn't settled into his dorm yet, he still had a change of clothes in his bag. Taking only forty-five seconds flat, Vern changed in and out of his Garbordor clothes and into another uniform that looked exactly the same. He had no intentions of going to the school assembly with even the slightest malodor to him. As for his gauntlets, he had Nala check them with a quick sniff to make sure they were clean. Which they were. So when he was done, he came back out and asked his new friend, "So what classes are you taking this year? Health Care? Survival? Advanced Battle Tactics? Pokémon Basics? I'm taking Advanced Battle Tactics and Survival Training, myself." Hana
As Vern predicted, Hana was a bit heartbroken to hear that her friend would be staying so far away. Though, she stood politely, allowing him to take care of whatever he needed. And as predicted, again, she hadn't a clue about what Vern meant when he explained the reason for separating boys and girls. She had always known it was inappropriate for boys and girls to stay in the same room, or see each other under dressed and the likes. But the topic of sex had never come into her head as the reason why these things were separate. It would be something that was saved for her return home. A lecture from her mother, and mother-in-law (to be) about her duties to her husband and the mess of child baring from start to finish. The clans were very reserved, and too stubborn to change and break from long tradition.
Then her friend had returned. "Classes...?" She stopped to think a moment and remember their order. "I have... um... br-ee-ding. Bah-tells. Khan-tehss. Jeem. And, um... Pokemon Bay-sick," She said proudly. After all, she remembered all the names of this strange new place.
Will all students and teachers please report to the auditorium. All students and teachers, please report to the auditorium lecture hall.
Hana blinked as the announcement echoed down the halls. "What aud... awd... awdir..." She tried to ask what the announcement was about, but already began to stumble on her words.

And if we die, I’ll meet you up in ђєคשєภ Vern may or may not ever know how accurate his predictions really were. "Pokémon Basics? Awww, oh well. But I think we're in the same Class Rank together, so~" He smiled at his new found friend. And she seemed so proud of herself for remembering all of the names of her classes, that he couldn't help but grin somemore.
Will all students and teachers please report to the auditorium. All students and teachers, please report to the auditorium lecture hall. The announcement said out in the halls. Oh! Assembly time! Vern saw, or really heard, Hana try to pronoun "auditorium". His sweat dropped. "Hana, I'm going to help you with your English this year. And my first lesson will be this... Say "ah-de-to-ri-uhm." He said the word carefully and slowly, making sure that the syllables corresponded with that of the Japanese alphabet. To help, her pulled a pen from out of his messenger bag and in Katakana, wrote the word out for her. "It may not help you with reading English, but it should at least help you with pronounce harder words." Once he'd given her a chance to resound out the word, Vern motioned towards the doorway. "Now come on! We don't wanna be late to the Assembly!" Hana
Hana had fallen asleep in front of the tiny dorm computer. Since coming back from Partright city nearly a month ago, she'd learned about the convenience of having a computer library to study from; not only for her classes, but for her own pokemon and her language practices. However since Partright, she also came to a new obstacle of the modern world: money. She had spent what little allowance she had been given on tiny trinkets and sun burn remedies. Actually, she was surprised to learn that her friends and peers used much more on pokemon expenses alone, and most took up work to pay for other luxuries. That in mind, she became embarrassed for having wasted her own frivolously, and began her own search for work. A difficult task in itself, but nearly impossible when your English was broken, Italian was non-existent, and your accent made even Japanese that much harder to understand--not to mention that she had no actual skill set! Thus far, she managed to get tricked into applying for a "gentlemen's" peep show, a phone sex receptionist, and some sort of therapy girl which the add had called "waitressing". It was embarrassing to have to be saved by friends from even starting in the first two. And she hadn't realized that she was breaking curfew to "waitress"--or that the breeding teacher from class O was her first customer. Granted that he didn't catch onto who she was until after he had blubbered out most of his problems to her and was made to pay up his hour and a half (and a tip); and ended up being the only way back onto campus in exchange for silence and friendly advice to quit the job.
"Eh...?" She woke up and blinked delicately in a daze. The computer had logged off, and she looked down at her notes to try and remember where she left off. She yawned loud, making the only bit of noise in the entire dorm flat.
