Hey guys. Just to point out to anyone that hasn't seen, but AC II is free for gold members so download it now because it'll probably go away in a week or two.
If you didn't know, xbox is giving two free games a month to members with gold memberships. the last two free games were Fable III and Defense Grid. So check the marketplace often to see if they add a new game for free download :3

Downloaded despite owning the disc and having damn near 1000 gamerscore in it. I was briefly going to go though the games again after beating III, but combat in 1 quickly dissuaded me.
Got into Gears of War instead. Hope Epic has a sale in the winter so I can buy RAAM's Shadow for cheap.

Lord Burn Downloaded despite owning the disc and having damn near 1000 gamerscore in it. I was briefly going to go though the games again after beating III, but combat in 1 quickly dissuaded me.
Got into Gears of War instead. Hope Epic has a sale in the winter so I can buy RAAM's Shadow for cheap. I tried playing the first Assassin's Creed and just couldn't get into it. Stopped playing it after like 3 hours and hadn't played any of the sequels that came out in the past years but I'm actually really enjoying the 2nd one. Probably gonna go for a perfect completion on it. I guess i'm entitled to try the other ones out as well. AC IV is definitely looking fun to me. Love pirate stuff. Cross your fingers that xbox puts Gears stuff for free at some point :p

Sadly, RAAM's Shadow is DLC for GoW3, which hasn't been for free thus far.
Ass4 does look good. I still need to figure out where to preorder is best...or if I'll wait for the price drop. I dunno yet. The sailing stuff was one of the best parts of III, so it should be great in 4.

Lord Burn Yeah, it is the weakest, they were also trying to figure things out. I'll never get a thousand on it because of those damn flags. In II I need some feathsers and a combo attack I think? AssBro and AssRev need multiplayer stuff, so those are out for gamerscore, so oh well.

Yeah, Idk if I have the patience to get 100% on the other AC. :/ I'll probably preorder 4 when I find the best deal. I might get a special or collector's edition if they make one. I saw people demoing it at Comic Con this past weekend and it looks pretty good.

CireVu lets call it BAD LUCK for me....few months ago i bought fable 3 and assasin creed 2 on marketplace O_O. so free game for me is only arcade game defense grid (and it sucks)...i hope i wont own upcoming games....
I'm considering buying the Ass3 Season Pass since it's on sale. I dunno.
I also confirmed Defense Grid's download just so I could potentially play it later.

Man, that sucks. :/ I had already beat fable 3 so it was a pointless one for me too but AC2 has already consumed 30 hours of my life haha. So pretty good for a free game.

Yeah, Crackdown is okay, So many were sold back in the day because it gave access to Halo 3 multiplayer early. Its okay, but definitly shows it's age.

I heard it was like new Napster, where the DRM in the file would kill it if it didn't see that you were a paying member.
That makes the concept of PS+ much better to me. I hope they keep it up when it will also be required to play multiplayer games on the PS4.
