Biography: Earth B, or EB As Joe likes to call it, is where this foreign man is from. Although he didn't look it, Joe came from another Earth, in another dimension. This is where his story starts.
EB shared many similarities to this dimension's Earth. It was populated by humans, as well as all sorts of supernatural entities. Young Joe was a hyper little trouble maker. His parents gone due to an accident his uncle neglected to tell him about. He grew up in the family Garage. One major difference between Earth and EB would have to be the vehicles. Technology had advanced in ways that this Earth had not. The cars of EB did not consume fossil fuels, but rather energized based off of a powerful solar harness. Anyway, Joe had never been far from a car, or a bike, if it moved fast, he wanted it. As he aged, his desire to do something big grew within him. His job as a delivery boy left him unsatisfied. It was on the job, however, that his life changed entirely. Pushing himself to make a delivery in time or risk being fired, Joe lost control after pushing speeds far out of his control and was side swiped by an alien vehicle. A Rift Walker. Vehicles capable of moving through dimensions at high speeds. The impact opened a rift in dimensions, thrusting Joe and his car into the rift. Waking up in a foreign place with nothing but his barely functional car left him bewildered.
That was two years ago. And since, Joe has been stranded on this new Earth. Since arriving, he's opened up his own delivery service in LA transporting any kind of good. This new place is also where he learned that he had a special power. Theorizing that it is because he is from an alternate dimension, Joe has the ability to nullify super powers within a close proximity to himself. Although his only power, it prevents others from harming him, or using telekinesis or other telekinetic powers on him. Any source of magic holds no sway either.
