 Baki Hanma
Baki had been running for an hour before finally arriving at the training grounds. It was late but he still couldn't sleep after leaving the ceremony at Sokyoku Hill. His Zanpakuto, God of War, was also restless. What is this feeling? "Baki, its time for you to learn Bankai." God of War had manifested himself in front of Baki as he spoke in a soft yet serious tone. "You must prove yourself first and show me that you are truly ready for this power." Baki listened intently, and then God of War vanished as quiclky as he came. Baki ripped the Zanpakuto off his back and slammed it into the ground in frustration. "I've trained harder than any other Shinigami! Do I have to kill myse-" He stopped screaming and looked down at his trembling hands with wide eyes. "That's it! I have to cross the line! If I can't cross the line, I will never be able to reach the power of Bankai!" He told himself, clenching his fists and throwing a combination of punches. "Now, who can push me to the limit?" He mumbled in deep thought.

Upon leaving the funeral, the ninth division captain had set out to find her lieutenant; who as it turned out was exactly where she needed him to be. Chieko's form would appear about five feet in front of her lieutenant, whom seemed eager for a fight. Sighing as she watched him perform a verity of punches at the air. It once again hit the miniature woman how funny it was herself and Baki seemed to match their zanpakutō. Clearing her throat with a small but loud cough, "Lieutenant Hanma." Once she had his attention Chieko would continue, "after much thought, and in light of recent events, I've come to a decision. It is time I test you, should you pass we will begin your Bankai training. But should you fail, you will die. " Though normally a kidder, her tone would be clear, there was no joke in her words. Unless my father gets ahead of me

Baki Hanma
Baki had been throwing combinations of punches and kicks effortlessly as he pondered who could push him to the limit. At that moment his Captain appeared in front of him with the answer to all his questions. But should you fail, you will die. Baki couldn't of asked for a more perfect opportunity to cross the line. Cracking his neck with a serious and determined expression, he replied after a long pause in a low growling tone. "No disrespect Captain, but death cannot hold those with purpose." He ripped his Zanpakuto(God of War) out of the ground and rested it on his shoulder. That's when he sensed something was different about God of War. It would also become noticeable to his Captain as Baki's Zanpakuto became cloaked with a thick and flowing golden aura produced by it's godly nature. It seems God of War is reacting to Captain Chieko's Zanpakuto, Athena.

A devilish smile found Chieko's lips, "very well.“ Even as the words flowed into Baki's ears the captain's form would begin to fade, leaving only her haori and upper robes. Her first two attacks would happen so fast it'd be almost impossible to tell which happened first. From behind the lieutenant she would use Batsudai. Charging her right leg with a powerful current of lightning energy, Chieko would aim a kick at his lower back. However at the exact same time an ikkotsu would be heading for his upper abdomen, should both hits make contact the man would likely be split in two. Though the kick was laced in spiritual energy, unless he saw the punch, he'd have no warning. If that wasn't enough Chieko's voice would sound from both his left and right, "sokatsui." Fallowing her voice would be simultaneous balls of blue energy coming from ether side. Chieko seemed to be living up to her title as the flash goddess, with her Rei Senkou and air skate combo. As the attacks finished the captain would reappear atop one of the walls in her sleeveless/ backless under top, waiting to see his defense. Unless my father gets ahead of me

Baki Hanma Pantera - 10s
Chieko would soon know if she didn't already, of Baki's unique ability since he was a human, Accelerated Vision. Baki has the ability to slow his perception of time. This is because his mind and eyes process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing the him to easily perceive what would normally be moving too fast to see and respond accordingly. It was the reason he was famous in the Shinigami Academy as well. Following the movements of The Flash Goddess was not any easy task though, leaving Baki almost off guard as she appeared behind him.
Wrong move Captain. Baki's body was completely surrounded by an invisible field of telekinetic energy, protecting him from harm and enhancing his physical abilities. Chieko's kick from behind would fail, colliding with his Holy Defense which was activated instinctively. Her second attack, Ikkotsu, would heavily damage and crack the invisible field of energy around his abdomen. That was too close! Now that Chieko was close, Baki would counter with his strongest Shikai attack. Looking Chieko straight in the eyes with a look of determination, one word left his lips, "Oblivion." Generating a blade of deep black spiritual energy in his hand, Baki would swing it at Chieko. Doing so causes a massive veil of black spiritual energy to erupt upwards from the ground and approach the target, darkening the sky and heavily damaging anything caught within the 1/2 mile long blast. The energy continues to rise, dissipating into the sky. Baki would wait as Tactile Telekinesis vanishes, his Zanpakuto still sitting on his shoulder.

Watching as Baki defeated the clones and took out the hado with his own technique, she felt a bit of pride. Though he'd relied on brute strength rather then skill or speed, it was still impressive. Stepping down from the safety of the wall she'd begin to clap. However even before her foot touched the ground the captain would have been moving again leaving only an afterimage to reach the ground. Moving at high speeds around her lieutenant her voice would travel seemingly from nowhere. "You rely of God of War far to much, it's no wonder he's yet to teach you." Once she felt her words sunk in she would stop in front of him once more, but this time energy would surge around her body. "Athena waited until I was as strong without her as I was with her. This is what I wanted you to realize, however instead I'll show you." Suddenly energy would explode from her shoulders and back as she activated Shunkō. While only at a ¼ of her full power, this technique was still beyond a lieutenants power. Lifting her right arm, Chieko would fire a blast over Baki's left shoulder and sword, the blast purposely missed as it was little more then an invitation for him to attack. "Force me to draw Athena or this will never get started, lieutenant. " She stated with a coy smile that said she was still playing with him.

Noroi showed up to the training ground watching a captain and a squad member going at it. She was simply in the area due to boredom. Her old squad never called on her for anything anymore and no one came to her with news about anything either. She found a nice place to sit down in order to watch their little spar. Using her one hand scratch the side of her face she yawned softly as she was honestly bored.

Baki Hanma Pantera - 10s
Baki left an afterimage and appeared behind Chieko using Utsusemi. He then spun around with a powerful kick aiming for her back. "You asked for it!" If the kick landed it would send her flying and uncoordinated. Baki would use this chance to attack again and appear in the middle of her projected path using Shunpo. As soon as she would be close enough he would use Sōkotsu ("Double Bone"). Stronger than Ikkotsu, it is a powerful two-fisted punch. The attack can completely destroy an opponent with a single blow. Baki rarely missed physical attacks being a master at Hakuda.

Though the blast had been aimed to miss, Baki had flawlessly used Utsusemi. Then moved in for a strike from behind, unfortunately for him Chieko's style of fighting revolved around dodges and counterattacks. Flipping backwards over his leg, however as she twisted on her hands aiming a kick at his ribs her foot would hit only air. Returning to her feet Chieko caught the sight of a double bone, so he can perform that technique, impressive. It would seem her lieutenant was almost to her level in hakuda, he had the physical techniques down. Kicking off she would shoot herself at Baki, the captain would unleash her own Sōkotsu aimed for his back. Though the attack's strength was improved from its normal power due to shunkō. However both techniques were weakened by the jewel she was wearing to hide her energy. Unless my father gets ahead of me

Baki Hanma Pantera - 10s
Baki watched Chieko with his accelerated vision in slow-motion as she flipped over his kick and dodged the Sōkotsu. The Captain's reflexes are incredible! His eyes opened wide as he turned around and saw what was coming next. s**t! She's going to use the same attack! Chieko's Sōkotsu collided with Baki's Zanpakuto, creating a sonic boom which sent him flying through three walls before stopping at the fourth. With a broken rib and blood trickling down his cheek he got back up to his feet using his Zanpakuto for support. He looked down at the ground and slowling started to laugh to himself. "Is that all you got Captain!" He reached his palm into the air and shouted, "Blade Hell!" The sky became dark as a cloud of blades materialized above Chieko. Bringing down his palm and clenching his fist, Baki sent the cloud of blades raining down on her.

Noroi looked over to the shinigami next to her and she realized it within a split second who it was. Second division's captain. Then she was taken back by what the captain had said to her. Was the captain honestly complementing her on her looks? "Oh, Thank you I guess. Before the battle I was a brunette. Captain Hiroshi says my hair and eyes are changing due to the lost connection between myself and my zanpakuto." She said softly as her honey brown eyes moved back to the spar. "So what brings you here Captain Samurakami?" She asked.
