Not exactly a fan of strategy games, Jaeger generally prefers role-playing games for their in-depth characters, settings and plots. To him, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing an intricately woven plot unravel before him as a game progresses and it is not unusual for him to replay a completed game just so that he could see the cut scenes of major events again.
Sketching
An aspiring artist to be, Jaeger's drawing skills have been mostly self taught after he was taught the basics in an art class he attended during his elementary school years. He enjoys alternating between watercolours and charcoal, and has been known to spend long hours over a piece without stopping to eat or sleep whenever the inspiration hits him. His pieces tend to range from flowers to video game characters and settings.
Gardening
Jaeger has always had a green thumb since he was introduced to it by his next door neighbour and best friend (insert name of future quest character by Cheekie =3) at the tender age of 8. Perhaps it is his meticulousness, but there has yet to be a flower or plant that had failed to grow under his care so far and he takes great pride in it. He finds solace and comfort amongst the plants and has a tendency to talk to them like a parent would to a child at times.
Virtues:
Easygoing
Whatever floats your boat, Jaeger will happily go with it without judging. His easygoing and non-threatening nature makes him really easy to get along with and easily likeable on first impression when it comes to making contact with someone new.
Dependable
If you need someone to do something for you, Jaeger is your man. If he promises you that he will do something, he will make sure that it is done without any excuses even at his own expense. Should something unexpected comes up and renders him incapable of completing the task, he will let the person know about it as soon as he can and ask for an extension of the deadline or permission to get someone else to do it in his stead. He will not initiate the latter on his own accord as he does not believe in taking credit for someone else's work when he was the one who was entrusted with the task in the first place.
Charitable
Everything that Jaeger has or is privy to, he is always more than happy to share with his friends and even strangers. It is just the way he is, made especially more so after seeing the lead characters in the video games he played doing likewise and gaining popularity with the people around them as a result. He gifts people things freely without expecting them to return the favour, content just so long as he is able to see their faces light up with joy at the end as a result of it.
Flaws:
Socially Inept and Illeism
Having been home schooled all his life and only recently enrolled into Sovereign Heights Prep School so as to improve his chances of entering college, Jaeger finds it difficult to judge and improvise interactions with other people in an acceptable manner. He gets nervous easily when it comes to socializing and can often times be seen referring to himself in the third person (illeism) instead of the first person that everyone else normally does. He is not incapable of speaking 'normally' however, but it is only with certain select groups of people such as those much older than himself and close friends of his whom he is more comfortable with. There are people who have found this habit of his annoying as they are unable to fully comprehend why he has to talk in such a manner.
Punctilious
Jaeger is obsessed with details even at times when it is not needed. It is his own way of trying to do things right so that he will not get into trouble and people will look upon him in a favourable light. Everything about him from the way he's dressed, how he carries himself and his art pieces have to be done the way he expected them to be or he will abandon the venture entirely by canceling his plan to head out, keeping to himself or throwing away his drawing to cite a few examples.
Indecisive
Because of his own want and need to be accepted by the people around him, Jaeger tends to be indecisive when it comes to making decisions and he has a tendency to spend hours going back and forth between the available options and agonizing over which is the best one to go with that will please everyone around him in the end. He knows that this is one of his biggest problems and pet peeves, and will happily let others make the decision in his place whenever such an opportunity presents itself.

Bottoms -- Boot cut pants with flared bottoms like this, trimming can be added for the stage progression? =3

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Fleeting Steps
Similar to the darting flight of the hummingbird, Mizar's ability grants him a short boost of speed in his movements that lasts for 15 seconds. This can be used up to 3 times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Fantasy Impromptu
An upgraded version of the previous ability, it can now be used on up to 3 individuals within a 4 feet radius around Mizar for the same boost in speed for 15 seconds. It can be used up to 3 times per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Mizar's Nectar
This ability allows Mizar to heal moderate to severe injuries of up to 2 individuals. He has to remain in contact with the target for the entire 5 seconds and this can be used up to 2 times per battle with a cooldown period of 1 minute.

Hi gwing~ Let's go get your boy approved! ON THE CIVILAIN SIDE:Hobbies look good! On his "Dependable" virtue, what happens if sometihng does come up and he can't keep a promise? Some sort of emergency, an injury as a senshi, things like that? Flaws look good too; so just a little more detail on "Dependable"! ON THE POWERED SIDE:I'm very sorry, but your attacks are considered an overlap with Corrupted Eos of the Senses! :c There's also Ganymede of Lust to keep in mind; however, that doesn't mean it's impossible to do this sphere! If you'd like to try and brainstorm some different attacks, I'm happy to help; alternately, if you'd like other spheres, I can help with that too! Quote me with changes or if you need help~

Hi Song! ^^ Thanks a lot for the crit. I didn't realize that his abilities were almost an exact replica of Sailor Eos' when I was thinking it through. Should have gone through the front page more thoroughly when I did it a while back. Derp... orz I've expanded on the Dependable trait as suggested and did an entire revamp of his sphere so I hope that it looks much better now. =3

Well number one congrats on your win sweetie omg<3I think your cooldowns on Mizar's attacks could be shorter (or actually don't need to exist at all since the boosts are so short!) You can also definitely boost up his Eternal attack a little; Eternals are generally only useable once per battle but are very strong! Basically he's a little weaker than he could be! <3

Congratulations on winning him, Gwing! He seems like he'll be a lot of fun, so I hope I can steal you for some roleplay! I think he's ready for a stamp, so I'm going to drop that off—but I also have one tiny question! For his eternal attack, can he also heal himself? (If you can just clarify that when you post his profile, it should be fine! I think it would be all right if he could heal himself at this stage, so if you'd like that please just add that he has that option! If you want it so he can only heal others, then don't worry about changing a thing!)
