Junshiro Personality: Junshiro personality is quite calm, but also respectful to those around him. He doesn't try to treat anyone different from each other. He usually put his comrades before himself when it comes to anything from being scolded by the head captain all the way to protecting them from another captain. Even in battle he prefer to see if there is a way around fighting without getting to dirty, which he tries to stay away from. Though this all can change when he is angered or if his back is in the corner which he shows the side of himself representing his ex-squad eleven behavior which can be aggressive.

Family:
Junshiro comes from a small family, which was his only family he could remember which was from his gang days. He left that life to try and better himself so he could show them that they could too also achieve more in life, which sadly they decided to not do.
Background:
Human Life:
As a young kid, Junshiro wasn't wealthy better yet, he was actually slight poor. His real name is actual Toni, and that was the name he would be known by. His family worked hard to get what they needed, and so these traits had passed on to himself. He would look at the world and the people whom lived in and believe that those whom had life made didn't take it for granted instead just wasted it. As he grew older, he got into to school and gained knowledge and studied many different things. He even grew and developed his own business and started charities to help the needy but of course he knew he couldn't help everyone.
On the side he would also practice many different fighting style and many different cultures and how they live. He never had the chance to settle down and get married, instead he would only make friends and try to keep some close. When he had gotten into his late 20's he had became successful, and made tons of money. It was almost strange how young he was with the money he was making, but his theory was all things are possible if you believe and work for it. He had houses and cars, and living the life he always wanted. He even finally gotten his parents to a place where they would longer need to work, but actually live happy.
Junshiro father had died on his 28'th birthday due to sickness and heart failure, leaving his mother as a widow. This brought some disruption in his family, but he had to stay up for his mother. This made him work harder, and again he had began to allow this money to get to him. He would start drinking, and also start parting to try get his worries and pain and grief out but it did him no good. One faithful day he was out at a bar tossing back a few drinks with a few of his friends. Ya know like anyone would do, have a good time. Drown ya worries and stress away. He stood and walked outside, and went for a stretch. He went to call his mother, and heard a young lady scream. He looked around on the side of the bar, and it was a young lady looks like she was in her early 20's. He rushed over and saw she was being attacked by a group of men in black.
As he came to halt he quickly grabbed the first one off of her, and threw him into the wall. He punched the other whom had tried to stop him, but since he was out numbered and slightly drunk on top of this it was all looking bad for him. He did the best he could, but just as he went to hit another man, one had pulled out a gun shooting him three times. One in the chest, another in the stomach, and another in his left arm. He had fallen to his knees, but as he watched the men had quickly gotten away. He looked at the female asking if she was alright, and with satisfaction she was. He then said good and passed out. Help had finally arrived, but it was too late he had died.
Rukon Days..
As his life in the Rukon began, he had a small family but they really didn't get along much here. His father was a on and off soul reaper whom would work days in the soul society and come home at night. He would dream of doing this, but was it really cut out for him. He would go and rob people with his little gang tot try and get what they wanted, but they didn't have much success. It never phased him because he knew they would be back at it in a few days, or hours at the least. They would practice fighting, hoping they would one day be able to beat a shinigami, but Junshiro had stopped dreaming on fighting then instead helping them.
He had even totally forgotten his actual name, and was renamed by his new family Junshiro for Jun shorten for June and Shiro for white. He never understood it, but it didn't bother him. Taking his new name, he had began to stop is mischief in the Rukon and actually began to help others. They would actually start liking him, and he had began to drift away from his little gang friends and instead learning from his soul reaper father.
One day his father was killed in combat against a hollow raid, and this had sadden Junshiro. So to go further in life he would go and apply to be a soul reaper and hope to succeed where his father didn't. Everyday he wold train in different styles of fighting, along with reading different languages and even learning all sorts of kido's.
Soul Reaper Years.
In his soul reaper years, he would began to look at what division fits him and how effective could it be towards him. He had entered for the eleventh division and found out he actually liked it. He liked how powerful and rough the people were in this division and how pain was the game. He would easily be on par with his comrades in fighting and easily be able to over take them in fighting. He was actually noted to be able to catch on to fighting style easily, and by saying this he had wanted to push further.
He would began to fight his comrades to go far in the ranks to push more up and become stronger so he wouldn't fall in combat. Finally becoming fifth rank with hard work, he was dedicated to and actually happy. Though he didn't feel pleased that he was fifth rank. So he had began to strive to become even stronger and thought to himself that he wanted to one day be able to stand beside his captain as a equal captain and not just a ranking officer in her division. So he had finally became a third seat, and after a while he got a offer to join the Special Ops. Division.
He had taken this in and took it with honor, but of course he had to start back at the bottom. He began to learn the different way of this division and how stealth was the key ingredient to this division. He could now see that this was the total opposite of the the eleventh division, and was proud to be able to cover both style of his fighting from heavy to quick attacks. This would make him a balanced person when in a fight, and just like the the eleventh division he had fought his way up to the top to become a third seat. After mastering his shikai and bakai he would then go to be a captain of the tenth division.

Description: He wields two blades, that are black and silver. The blade also has a grey colored flame on it the looks like wings.
Abilities:
+Kaminari ran(雷ラン: lightning run) : Its a slashing attack, that increases Junshiro slashing speed and shunpo by 10 percent the range for this 4 feet. Though if a target is cut once this attack is activated, they will feel a quick zap in the area of where they have been cut at. (4 post max: 4 post cool down)
+ Kaze supurinto(風スプリント: wind sprint) : Wind sprint increases his zanpakuto's reach by and foot which extends his slashes. Surrounding his blades is wind, that is moving at a high rate that it itself becomes blade making his cut also sharper now.(5 post max: 3 post charge, 4 post coll down)
+ Raifu no tōketsu(雷風の凍結: lightning wind freeze) Is a technique that unleashes lighting strikes surrounded by wind in a crescent shape. This attack can be lethal and painful when hit by it. The main effect of this attack is it attack the target nerve system, which increases the target pain levels. Meaning the more they are hit by this, the more their pain level is increased. So when they are attacked, the next strike would feel doubled from the first. The range for this is 13 feet, and this attack can be countered and block and dodged. (5 post cool down)
+ Raifu kēji(雷風ケージ: Lighting wind cage) : This attack create a small vortex around the target. If the target doesn't escape nor move out the way of the vortex which can go up to fifteen feet, then they become surrounded in a cage of lightning. The cage would slowly close in on them as he would raise his right sword and slash downwards, and then swing his left swords right to left horizontally. This would seal the cage and the cage would began to electrify the target to take out its nerve system, also to slow down their movements. The vortex itself is to make sure they don't move, but of course this attack as well can be dodge and countered. 3 post max( 4 post charge, 5 post cool down)
+Kaze kaminari hōden(風雷放電: wind lightning discharge) : This is Junshiro most powerful shikai attack, as he hate using it in any situation. When using this attack his body becomes surrounded in lightning, and the wind becomes like a outer armor like effect. With his left blade he can unleash a large crescent lightning wave that when hit a target it can cause a explosion that has a blast range of 12 feet diameter. With his right blade, he can unleash a large crescent wind gust that if hits its target can cause hundreds of many slashed across their body which these wounds becomes deep. Which he then uses the final part of this by crossing the blades he create a crescent X slash which when hits the target creates a quick vortext around them, and causes a X shape explosion which the diameter of the explosion is 35 feet. After doing this, he would need to convert to bankai if his target isn't dead. This attack a can be dodge if you have high skill dodging like shunpo or sonido etc. ( 6 cool down)

Description: He grows lightning like wings, and a black and blue coat. His blades change to black, and blue blades. He he has armor around his shoulders, waist and legs and shin. He also gains a band type armor on his head that has wings. Natural Bankai Ablities: His speed and reflexes are increased, and he can use the wind to help him move far faster and even faster then a high level shunpo master. Also he can connect his swords at the end to make them one weapon.
Abilities:
*Fenikkusuburēdo (フェニックスブレード: Phoenix Blade) : Phoenix Blade, unleashes a giant phoenix at his opponent which by his eye he can control it. It had a range of 45 feet in diameter and it can extend if Junshiro moves as well. Though once it hits its target, it will cause a giant explosion which can be fatal if not dodged or countered. 5 post max(6 post cool down)
*Fenikkususutoraiku: (フェニックスストライク: Phoenix Strike) : By doing this, his blades is surrounded in energy that can burn when cut. It increases the range of his weapon to 4 feet long, which when he swings is faster and deadlier being able to cut through almost any ranking espada heirro. The min effect of this is is he cuts a target more then ten times while this attack is at work, he would be able to not use his reishi which would be in them to basically warp to them. Meaning the distance between him and the target has become shorten. 7 max (6 cool down)
*Fenikkusuruna shi: (フェニックスルナ死: Phoenix Lunar Death) : By appearing before his target he creates a a heavy slash downwards. Which would slash the opponent deep, which if the attack is success with his opposite blade he slashes the opposite way, which would then surround his the target in blade of blue reishi. The swords are six feet in height and they are four feet wide. There are a total of twelve swords, which by say "Burn" the swords all dash in ward to the heavy damage target which impale them which would then absorb their reishi and causes a massive explosion that has a diameter of 30 feet. Junshiro bankai would be release after this attack, and he would have to actually push himself to ever use bankai in the same day.
