The lights dim slightly as the ever familiar chords of Down with the Sickness by Disturbed hits the PA.
Can you feel that?
The fans look to the entrance as all along the ramp mechanical torches are raised. The music is familiar, and the die hards in the audience that have lighters light them.
Oh wah ah ah ah!
Flames burst up on the stage and the crowd erupts in cheers as Jarel Damone steps out onto the stage and stands, looking out into the sea of fans who hadn't seen him in over a year now. He's dressed in his usual jeans and a sleeveless shirt, complete with his gloves but forgoing the usual coats or vests. The torches on the ramp shoot flames periodically in time with the beat of the music and the Dragon begins to make his way to the ring.
Drowning deep in my sea of loathing
Broken your servant I kneel
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems what's left of my human side
Is slowly changing ... in me
(Will you give in to me?)
Jarel makes his way down the ramp, stopping on occasion to slap a fan's hand.
Looking at my own reflection
When suddenly it changes
Violently it changes
Oh no, There is no turning back now
You've woken up the demon ... in me
Jarel stops at the end of the ramp, looking around the ringside area and into the rafters.
Get up, come on get down with the sickness

Madness is the gift, that has been given to me
The Dragon steps up onto the apron, eyes looking up to the rafters still as the silver Dragon symbol is lowered to the ring.
I can see inside you, the sickness is rising
Don't try to deny what you feel
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems that all that was good has died
And is decaying in me
(Will you give in to me?)
Stepping in over the top rope, Jarel walks to the center of the ring and watches as the symbol comes to a stop a few feet above the ring.
It seems you're having some trouble
In dealing with these changes
Living with these changes
Oh no, the world is a scary place
Now that you've woken up the demon ... in me
As the chorus hits again, Jarel turns away from the symbol towards the fans and raises his fist in his usual taunt. Flames burst up from the turnbuckle and the symbol lights up as the fans continue to cheer. The symbol rises back into the rafters as Jarel lowers his fist and the music slowly fades out.

((I'm so Totally Awesome, I can appear on BOTH shows it seems!)) The crowd is brought into a frenzy as 'Land of Hope and Glory' hits the arena and out comes the greatest champion in LWL history, King Kartwright! He drives into the arena on his motorized plastic throne. He is wearing a paper crown on his head and has the LWL Totally Awesome Championship around his neck, wearing it like a necklace. His driving is terrible as the throne careers from left to right, nearly crashing into the barricade and the ring a few times as he drives around it like Biker 'Taker did back in the day. Finally Kartwright gets up off the throne and enters the ring very regally as he wipes his feet on the apron before entering. Kartwright carefully hands the paper crown to the referee first and then his Totally Awesome Championship. He looked across the ring at his old nemesis, Jarel Damone. He hasn't seen Jarel in the ring for years! God this guy has aged terribly! And he didn't look good to begin with! Man! The King hopes that he doesn't look that bad when he reaches sixty years old like Jarel is! Kartwright liked Jarel's theme music, but it was nowhere near as classy or Totally Awesome as his is! Tonight it will be down with the sickness, the sickness that is Damone-itis! Yeah! The bands name was disturbed and that's exactly what Jarel will be when Kartwright is done whipping his dragon-arse all the way around this arena in this Hardcore Rules Match!

(Jarel's forty two. You know, I'm thinking the Dragon needs to recreate a moment from EEW for this match twisted )
Time for the king to be taken to the school of hard knocks. Jarel wastes no time. As soon Cartwright hands the title to the referee, the Dragon moves in and goes for a quick kick to the gut, which he'd follow with a clubbing shot to the back once it connects

((With the mighty King coming up trumps and slaying the mighty Dragon! blaugh )) Kartwright doesn't get chance to react as Jarel strikes him with a kick first that hunches him over in pain and then a strong punch to the back that drops The King to one knee! What cheap shots I tells ya!

Jarel isn't in the mood to toy around with the champion. He wants the title. With the match now going, Jarel looks to plant his fist into Kartwright's head repeatedly, simply aiming to beat his old adversary down

((Kings over all!)) The first punch knocks The King down to the mat on his back. Jarel continues his assault by diving on top of Kartwright and raining down the head shots as the crowd begins to chant 'KARTWRIGHT! KARTWRIGHT!'

Jarel stands, reaching down to pull the champion up with him, and would quickly attempt to toss him to the corner, not intending to let up for even a second as he'd quickly follow it with more rights in the corner. Something about beating down a king just makes the Dragon feel all warm and fuzzy inside twisted

Jarel thinks that he is going to have fun tonight, but is he?! HELL NO! Kartwright has gained much more experience since their last meeting and knows what he is in for! The King is plonked into the corner but he tries to counter Jarel's punch with some rights of his own to slowly back Jarel into the center of the ring!

Jarel is caught with some rights of his own, which only amps the Dragon up more. He does indeed step back, but attempts to stop the flow of rights with a quick throat thrust

The King is struck by a throat thrust that causes him to take a step back towards the ropes, after he was able to escape from the corner with his rights. Kartwright briefly held his throat with his left hand.

Jarel knows his old foe quite well, and he knows not to let up on the Talented One or whatever he's calling himself now. He goes to pull Kartwright back from the ropes, only to stop and change directions by attempting to toss him out over the top rope

Well this is very nice of Jarel to give Kartwright a hand and......WHOOOOOW Kartwright is swerved and thrown to the outside by his bigger opponent, landing on his back! How dare he try to man-handle his King like this! Off with his head I reckon for that!

Jarel goes out of the ring through the ropes. It's high time for Kartwright to remember what the Dragon is capable of. The challenger lifts up the steel stairs and quickly throws them at the fallen Kartwright. Off with his head is more like it twisted

This is madness! This is crazy! I don't believe it! Somebody who actually remembered the stipulations of Kartwright's Totally Awesome Title Defences! Something is wrong here! Anyway, back to the action folks and your King has found himself a target of Jarel's evil flying chair army! Since when did Dragon's throw chairs?! They have such pointy hands, how does he even grasp it properly to throw it in the right direction?! Kartwright is forced to dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge as Jarel throws many a chair his way!
