Biography:Born to a group of traveling gypsy's. He was brought up learning the mystical art of controlling the wind. He family saw his potential for destruction and decided to use him to become a bandit clan. They used abuse and punishment to bring out his murderous impulse and isolation to bind his feelings away. He resisted the treatment and conditioning as much as he could, choosing to believe in the goodness off the world. When he was sixteen he was brought by his family to the home of a man they wanted to steal from. The bandit family, told him that the owner was not home but when they entered they found the man home. Full of hateful lust for his possessions, they ordered him to kill the man in his sleep. Lee refused and used this powers to alert the man, creating a disaster that allowed him to escape, and leave his murderous clan behind.
He fled to the city to pursue the life of a mage. He met Dylan during his first year of instruction and he felt loved, something he had never felt before. Feel for this man. A great feeling, love, started to take over his body. By the end of the first year they met, they were wed. The only problem was he forgot that no one can escape their family fully. The night of their honeymoon he came to the room to find his lover slain, his own brother holding the bloody knife. He slayed his brother in cold blood and then went for his family. Lee snuck back to his home, the one that brought him so much pain. As he silently stood above his old family, he felt nothing, nothing at all. The monster they wanted, the soulless creature, was finally here. He knew he was now less than human. He reached down, his fury cold, and pulled the air from their bodies and watched them struggle to take breath. After the deed was done he wondered one. Searching for a place to belong to. He found Ryoga Shimazu and joined up with him. He took on the name "Libra" the Balance, the Judge. He finally found someone to be loyal to, working as head of security for Shimazu Enterprises. The sociopath had found his home.
