"I may not be the strongest around..."

Sasuke made his way up to his families house and pushed open the all to familiar doors. He was greeted by one of the house butlers and smells from his childhood. He made his way up several flights of stairs until he reach a floor with doors made of mahogany. He walked down the hall past his brother's room until he reached his room and pushed the door open. His room looked exactly the say as he had left it years ago before he joined the Academy. He had returned before a few times since he had left to see his parents, but had never returned to his old room. He entered the room and looked around. Something was new and he spotted it almost like his eyes were drawn by magnets to it. On his neatly made bed was something silver. He walked over to his bed and picked up the thing known as kenseikan. As he did an all too familiar voice came from behind him. "I left that there just in case you ever wanted it back. I would not take something I gifted to you, Takeshi." Sasuke turned around to see the warm and inviting presences of his father. His father's words hit him close to home, only his parents called him Takeshi as that was his first name and they still believed one day he would take his place as a true Noble. He remembered this kenseikan and the incident of the day he was given it. The day he was leaving to go to the Academy his father presented him with a gift. When he opened it he found the kenseikan inside it. His father then told him that he, as the second oldest in the family had to take the role of a high ranking Noble in a house with a brilliant history. Sasuke wanted nothing to do with being Noble even though he did love his family so he rebelled and threw the gift back in the box and left. He looked at it then back to his father. His father was certainly again quickly, but still had a fire in his eyes. "Father, I think it is time I take my role and stop living for only myself." "Takeshi, I don't want you to not have a life, I just want you to be proud of who you are and bring honor to our family. That is all I ever wanted. Come sit with me." His father sat on Sasuke's bed and Sasuke joined him and listened."Your brother has kept me updated on you and how you have changed. He said you have become an incredible fighter and serve your position well. He also says you let your temper get the best of you often and have even injured yourself doing so. If you truly want to take up your role as second in line of the family then you must act like it. That means not only fight like a Hiroshi, but also flow the laws to the tee and respect your leaders. I know it must be hard being a lower rank then your own niece, but you can't let that get to you. Work hard and one day you will be a great Captain of your own division." Sasuke listened and stayed silent. Though he could feel anger swelling inside him, he supressed it and nodded. His father was right. He had to change and be the very definition of Noble. His carefree and laid back brother was more noble then he was, it was time to be a Hiroshi. Sasuke stood and reached behind his head and pulled the ponytail and let his long hair fall. He then placed the kenseikan in his hair and secured it. He turned around and looked in a mirror and besides the clothing he looked older and like a true noble. He went to his closest and pulled out his Lt robe and changed into it and returned to his father. "Thank you father, from now on I shall be Takeshi Hiroshi and will bring honor to us. I have ran away and ignored my role for too long. Thank you again." His father smiled and nodded. Sasuke, now known as Takeshi, left the home and headed back to the soul society. Before leaving he grabbed his Zanpaktuo from the armor and strapped it on. A Soul Reaper was defined by his Zanpaktuo and so Takeshi would learn to use it.
