Fourth Division NPC's
These are the minor characters of the Fourth Division, including those members of the Sword and Shield Initiative. These npc's can be used by anyone in the guild with a Fourth Division character. If you don't have a character in the division or initiative, please ask me before hand if you desire to use one of these npc's. Hope you enjoy them everyone!
Yukiko Hiroshi
"Why not relax in the library for a bit?"
Yukiko is currently an unseated officer in the Fourth Division.
She isn't a member of the Sword and Shield Initiative, and has worked in the division's library.
Yukiko has been a member of the Fourth Division for a total of 57 years, and is quite the experienced user of kido.
Kangae Hiroshi
"I live for the Fourth Division!"
Kangae Hiroshi is currently ranked the 57th Sword in the Sword and Shield Initiative.
A skilled zanjutsu and hakuda fighter, Kangae is quite the skilled warrior.
Being a member of the Noble Hiroshi House, Kangae is also quite the skilled kido user, though his true skill comes from Hadō.
Hisao Hachiko
"I'm no king. Just a simple warrior."
Hisao is currently ranked as the 11th Sword in the Sword and Shield Initiative and is the head of the Gamma Relief Squad.
He has been a member of the Initiative since it's inception over three hundred and fifty years ago.
Hisao comes from the former Hachiko Noble House, and declined the chance to become the head of his clan, as he's been loyal to the Sword and Shield Initiative and his superior, Jousake Hiroshi.
Suzume Hiroyuki
"Stop saying I wish, and start saying I will!"
Suzume is currently ranked as the 27th Sword inside the Initiative and is in the Gamma Relief Squad.
She's one of the most skilled zanjutsu fighters in the Initiative.
A veteran in the Initiative, Suzume has been in the Fourth Division for two hundred years.
Kiyomaru Harue Kafk
"When are going home?!?!"
Kiyomaru is perhaps the youngest appearing member in the Sword and Shield Initiative.
He is the 27th Shield and Suzume is assigned as his partner in the Initiative.
Both of them are in the Gamma Relief Squad.
Although he appears to be a child, Kiyomaru has been a member of the Initiative for a good fifty years now, though has yet to mature and grow as a person.
Kiyomaru is a skilled user of kido and has trained under the wing of his Captain, Jousake in the art of kido for the past twenty years.
Chief Thunderhooves
"Partyyyyyyy!"
Chief Thunderhooves is one of the strangest members of the Sword and Shield Initiative, as he doesn't have a normal human like body. Instead, he takes on the form of a giant bison. He wears a headdress much like Jousake and his personally is very much so like his captain's. CT has the ability to speak in many languages and is quite the intelligent bison.
He's currently ranked as the 14th Sword inside the Initiative.
