The rules here are very simple...
Do not flame.
Do not fight.
Do not state that you are better than anybody else.
Be polite.
Follow all of the rules.
Debating is encouraged, all other rules still apply.
For those of you who have not already done so, you may request an ambassador to be used when you are absent, this person may be any member of your guild, but be careful about who you pick, when the Commander is not here, the ambassador will be held with as much authority as the commander, and their word goes.
Respect everyone that is here, for they are here by their own free will, and they will not be insulted, that goes for anyone.
Also, I reserve the right to post/comment in any thread, yet I will not edit any posts (of other's, I might edit my own)

I have been thinking about allowing more ambassadors for the guilds that have a larger amount of people to choose from... this will make it easier for the leaders to choose the ambassadors and will stimulate more posting within the guild....
Any feedback is useful, just post it in here.

Pakuun I have been thinking about allowing more ambassadors for the guilds that have a larger amount of people to choose from... this will make it easier for the leaders to choose the ambassadors and will stimulate more posting within the guild.... Any feedback is useful, just post it in here. well...I'm not really sure...does that mean the bigger the guild, the moe spread out the power is, or does it mean that larger grous will get more power then the smaller ones.

It basically means that not enough people are posting in here. If we develop start voting in here, then each guild will get one vote, not that each member will get one. This will remain as such currently for the respect of the smaller guilds.
It also means that there will be more of a sample (statistically speaking) of range, therefore getting it closer and closer to the actual opinion of the guild's members themselves.
If you, or anyone has any more opinions of this, I would like to hear them.

I think if you are going to add ambassadors have the guild chose a head ambassador to at least keep the others from going off the wall...I know this doesnt make tons of sense...sorry

Actually, I see exactly where you are going with it, but the thing is that there is already a "leader", this is the head of the guild itself.
Also, I am considering making this guild either "Public", in order to allow guild members to put in their opinion.... or "Private", in oder to easily allow the ability for the members to at least see what is going on in here.... I would like everybody's opinion on this matter.

I may be a bit late with this. But I think it is good Idea, because in some of the bigger guilds. Some of the people can't be here much and it allows others who are good at analyzing to help out the situations.
