1. Why would you like to be apart of this squad?
2. Can you assure loyalty to both this squad and to the rest of the Gotei 13? Give me three reasons.
3. Which rank/seat are you applying for? (Obviously not captain!)
4. Tell me what you would be expecting from joining this squad.
Note: This is an investigative and informative squad. Fighting comes a long way, but so does knowledge.
When you have submitted you application to me, I will thoroughly go over it, and let you know of your acceptance as soon as possible.
