- Bio: Althea was originally created by Jousake at 'The underground medical facility' with the extraordinary help of the Twelfth Division in order to avoid making any minor mistakes. With the full intentions of making her perfect in every aspect possible. Jousake was doing further research into the Cybernetics project, fixing the bugs with the previous generation and came up with Althea. She was the sum of fixing every single bug and stands out from the others, as she has her own thoughts and emotions being utterly and completely unique above all the other creations jousake had created. She's also going to be another brilliant mind, as she has the entire Fourth Division database on everything they know about medical knowledge available at a mere thought. Since the moment she was created it had been decided she would become jousake's personal assistant given the circumstances.
She never knew the feeling of having a normal family yet she didn't mind the inconvenience considering the satire fact of her being merely a creation by mankind but given her age she couldn't help but ponder endlessly what it would be like. Though Jousake has always been the closest thing to a father and a mother altogether to her aside from her having a massive crush on Jousake from a distance unable to ever admit her feelings to him. Nevertheless she knew she owed her life to him, even if it was considered an eternal life for a cyborg robot. Nevertheless she resembled a human girl that can never age without flaws as of yet. It had its perks of disadvantages and advantages. She didn't require sleep all day or night and food was legitimately unnecessary. Jousake occasionally updates her programs and any fixations needed. Without hesitation she follows any demand or command from jousake no matter how catastrophic the circumstances or consequences may be. She had made it her personal goal to protect him and crave for more knowledge of truth.
Jousake decided to name her 'Althea' meaning healer in the Japanese culture. This had a great deal amount of meaning. Since althea's knowledge laid on the medical field and was a marvelous extraordinarily brilliant prodigy healer without spells, simply by using her medical kit and professional tools. Healing in one form or another has been around for many thousands of years. Hands-on healing can be traced back to the ancient Egyptian and Babylonian civilizations where Priests used it as part of the service available in temples of worship in Egypt, Greece and the Orient. By 1000BC the Egyptian, the symbolism of snakes that appears in the temples of Imhotep reoccur in the Greek Caduceus, a symbol of healing showing snakes entwined around a staff. Althea has been overwhelmed with gratification knowing she can save lives with the right determination and equipment.
Althea is kind, sweet, gentle and knows how to get others to do what she needs them to when necessary. She normally keeps a lot to herself since she had never been one to deal with emotional feelings therefore althea would runaway metaphorically in order to avoid confronting them petrified to unravel the unknown. Relevantly, she soon became oblivious intentionally to her surroundings when it came to personal problems but was sharp as an eagle when it came to business. Though she is not entirely an introvert given she is strong willed filled with encouragement. Everything about her was private and confidential keeping serious in any situation. Refusing to put herself first but rather others that are in danger. Fortunately, althea doesn't experience any pain or exhaustion and if needed, can move until her body collapses to it's full extent. She has no prior knowledge in swordsman ship of any sort given her massive amount of physical strength than the normal man-kind. Without a single doubt in mind she can destroy a human with her bare hands finding it useless to learn how to use any type of weapons the other divisions need.

- Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Althea sports porcelain skin. Not a single blemish or dark spot can be found on her face, as she radiates with beauty.
- Character Height: 5'6
- Character Hair Color: Thick expresso hair color.
- Character Hair Length/ Style Her hair is normally up in two messy buns allowing her bangs to fall gracefully on her forehead. Her hair is rather smooth and lacking with split ends, making it a near perfect set of hair that she has.
- Character Eye Color: Light steel gray eyes.
- Character Description: Althea at first glance is easily noticeable for her natural looks. Design to radiate with absolute beauty, her skin is flawless and her looks are unrivaled by many. She's of a decent stature, and has a voice that's nothing of a cybernetic organism, as her voice is rather soothing and calming for many, which she uses to her advantage to get others to do what she needs them to do when a situation presents itself.
- Character Attire: Althea wears an elegant, silk cheongsam dress. Made to fit her body shape in a perfect matter, this outfit of hers is made of the finest silk available to shinigami, and goes down to her ankles. She wears a pair of white two inch heels and as a result, doesn't sport the traditional tabi that all shinigami wear. Althea's dress also has the insignia of the Fourth Division printed on the back of her dress.
- Character Tattoos/Markings/Scars: Althea's skin is flawless. Not a single flaw is present with her single, as it's void of imperfections, and as a result, she has no visible tattoos, scars or making of the such.

- Zanpakutō Sealed Form: Being that Althea is one of the cybernetic organisms created by Jousake Hiroshi, she doesn't possess a zanpakutō like the other division members. All her combative skill comes purely from her knowledge of hand to hand combat.

- Healing spells: Althea doesn't have any knowledge of kido spells due to the fact that she can't summon any even if she wanted to. All her medical knowledge and skill comes purely from using her medical kit and the tools she has at her disposal.
Other
-Intelligence: Althea is perhaps one of the most brilliant minds in the Fourth Division. Being that she's a cyborg that Jousake personally created, she has access to the Fourth Division's medical databases and as a result, knows every single piece of medical information that has been stored in the Fourth Division's database. Due to this, she has hundreds of thousands pieces of medical knowledge and techniques all at her disposal whenever she calls for it.
- Hand-to-hand combat: Althea's hakuda skills are that of an novice, as she knows the basic to hand to hand combat and can hold her ground on the battlefield if a situation calls for it. Also, because of the fact that she's a cybernetic organism, she possess abnormal amount of physical strength, making her attacks incredibly powerful.
- Agility: Being that Althea is a master in the art of hohō, she's known to have amazing agility along with stamina, as she doesn't experience any pain or exhaustion and if needed, can move until her body collapses.
- Swordsmanship: Althea doesn't possess a zanpakuto and as a result, doesn't know how to utilize one. However, when it comes to using medical equipment such as surgical scalpels, her skill is unmatched. She's able to cut items with exact precision and can easily avoid cutting vital arteries and such.

Although she's ranked as a third seat, Althea's skill in hohō is on par with that of her captain, Jousake Hiroshi. She's been designed with the sole purpose of delievering medical assistance to those in need and rapid response is essential to her programming.
