Jousake's office in the Underground Facility is rather simple. He has two desks for his two lieutenants, that are closest to the windows, and one main desk, where he sits and works on managing the Hospital himself. Here, he can also control all the computer systems in the hospital and if a situation calls for it, place the hospital under total lock down. Though this feature has only been used once during the Great Ash War.

Jousake walked the hallways of his medical facility, as he made his way over to the elevator and went down a few levels before reaching his. He got off and continued to walk for another two minutes before stopping to wave at his receptionist. He entered his security pin along with his eye and fingerprint scan, as he then proceeded to enter his office. The lights in his office lit up, as all the electronics in his office powered up.
He proceeded to walk over to his desk and signed onto his computer, as he began to make a log about the recent events that hit the Gotei 13. He made sure to file his report on the incident immediately and submitted it to be reviewed by the First Division. He then sighed for a moment, as he then began to write up a medical report on Noroi and her progress. Being meticulous about his report, he made note about the failed arm and what he believed should have been the next line of action for her treatment. "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

Elysia was late on her first day, 'Great...just great..' she thought to herself as she mentally kicked herself for helping the Hiroshi's cleaners around the house hold. She had ran to squad four to find her uncle, however it had seemed that he and some of the other members of the squad had went to squad one due to some intruders. Emotion started to overwlem Elysia as she thought of the next place where Uncle Jou was located. 'The Underground Facility..' Elysia thought to herself as she hurried down to the location of the Underground Facility an extension of squad four.
Elysia arrived at the location only in matter of minuets sprinting, which was very good since she used to have a lung condition long ago. Walking till she found a desk with a woman known as the secretary, Elysia approached her with a gentle smile as she spoke, "May I please see Captain Jousake if he's here please?" Her voice was soft as silk as she asked the woman seated. The woman looked up to see Elysia as a soft smile appeared over her lips, "Of course dear, give me a second." the secretary would say in a soft voice as she override the lock system, allowing Elysia to now enter the office. Elysia bowed softly as she said thank you and made her way into Jousake's office. Softly knocking on the door frame, Elysia slowly walked into as she scratched the back of her head embarrassed as she greeted her uncle, "Hello Uncle Jousake, sorry for being late..." Elysia would speak with a soft and gentle voice.

As Jousake continued to do work, he was alerted by the presence of a visitor. He turned around and saw that it was his niece, Elysia, and smiled. "Oh, it's good seeing you here Elysia. I take it you've heard the news by now of the recent attack and sudden reemergence of the Time Rogues?" Sighing, Jousake then finished up his report and submitted it to the Fourth Division databases, as he would need to keep an eye on Noroi's progress.
Sighing, he got up and leaned on his table, as he began to talk once more, but with a more somber and concerned tone. "I fear that we might be entering war. Not just any war, but an all out war. If things come to that, we might need to place the Sword and Shield Initiative on standby." Sighing, he then turned around and started to manipulate some images on his desk, which were showing up on the large display behind them. On the screen, appeared the wartime uniform for those members of the Sword and Shield Initiative.
"We might have to get the Swords and Shields to suit up for this one if Commander Tennyou declares war on the Time Rogues." Pausing, Jousake took a deep sigh, as he then turned over to Elysia. "If that time comes, do you think you're ready, and more importantly, do you think the entire Initiative is ready for what's to come?" Jousake then stopped, as he let Elysia give her take on the whole situation. "Just love life and the party happens effortlessly." ▭ ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓

Hearing Jousake's words, Elysia's gentle smile disappeared as she let her hand drop to her side slowly and let out a soft sigh, "Yes I did hear about the attack, it's quite troubling some." Elysia would reply, watching her uncle finishing his work. Elysia then leaned back against the wall near her and closed her eyes thinking what this event has caused.
Slowly opening her eyes at Jousake's voice Elysia looked towards him as he spoke about the Sword and Shield Initiative on standby. Standing up straight, Elysia faced her uncle and spoke using a quiet yet firm voice, "By doing this, I am pretty sure that the members of squad four would be more powerful than just being by themselves." she asked as turned to look at the images he was placing on display- a uniform for the Sword and Shield Initiative. However she began to think the negatives out comes to could happen that caused Elysia's features to slightly darken for a few seconds before she smiled softly.
Seeing that Jousake turned to face after his statement, Elysia could tell that he was worried just listening to his sigh and seeing his body language. Elysia's eyes soften as she wanted to embrace her uncle and try to cheer him up. However before she could do so, he would ask her a question that slightly made Elysia's eyes widen as she thought to herself. Letting out a sigh she walked closer where Jousake was at before turning her attention on the display right before them, "Its most likely that we would have to since they did hurt a members of squad one. " Elysia said without looking at Jousake, "Uncle...of course I am, I have trained night and day and I am ready...I think everyone is...but are you?" Slowly she would turn to face Jousake with a soft smile.

"That's why I think we need to place the entire initiative on standby. We need to be ready as the last line of defense in the Gotei 13 if the others fail. Besides, our role must stay the same as it always has in the past as we need to make sure we can tend to the injured on the battlefield."
Pausing, Jousake then sighed, as he started to worry about this upcoming incident. "Will Koko actually declare war? Things don't look so good for us to make such a move right now..." Jousake then raised his head and looked at Elysia, as he spoke again. "You don't have to worry about me Elysia. I've been around for quite some time, and I've had my fair share of dark days. Although we're going to have some heading our way, we just have to stay strong, and prepare ourselves for the worst."

Nodding her head, Elysia knew what would come and what she needed to do if war brakes out with the Rouges. Sighing softly Elysia placed a soft hand on Jousake's shoulder and held a soft smile, "I am sure the Head Commander will make the right choice for everyone's safety." Elysia said trying to ease his nerves a bit, " And so have I..I'm sure as Gotei 13 will hold their heads up and stand together as we face the darkness that will try to consume us, dear Uncle. Don't think I don't worry about you, I owe my life to you." Elysia's words slightly soften even more saying her last sentence, remembering her past as she sighed softly before wrapping her arms around her uncle. She was still shorter than him, yet he felt tensed and warm. Elysia let out another sigh before breaking the embrace.

Smiling, he then noticed his niece hugging him, as he held her close, as he then let go. "Don't worry Elysia. I'm sure the Commander will make the right call when the time comes. Right now all we can do right now is get ready for what's to come." Sighing, Jousake then looked around his office, as he technically had no work to do at the moment. He took a seat in his chair again, and began to review Noroi's case, as he was concerned by the fact that the surgery failed. However, he received a message from his assistant Althea in regards to Noroi and that she left her room. Getting up with a very worried face, Jousake turned to Elysia and sighed. "Sorry for having to leave so soon, but one of my patients left her room and is roaming the Seireitei without proper attention." He then turned around and left the room, as he rushed over to the Captain's Assembly Hall. [Exit]

Listening to his words, Elysia softly sigh and nodded as a smile appeared over her face, "Indeed." Elysia simply stated as she watched Jousake walk to his desk and sit down looking at the computer. However as he stood up quickly, Elysia noticed the expression his face held and her smile faded. Sighing softly shaking her head as he apologize from leaving so soon Elysia responded, "No no, it's fine. I understand." her words were soft as her mind began to race. Why would a patient leave their room if they aren't in perfect condition?! Elysia thought to herself as she sighed to herself. Watching her Uncle leave, she quickly walked over the to computer to read about what happened to this patient. Quickly reading it she softly sighed and hurried out of Jousake's office and walked towards the patient's room. [Exit]
