This is the current grounds of the Fourth Division. The current duties have remained the same in the sense that they still are known for medical purposes. However, the overall size of the division's grounds has actually shrunk. That's however due to the fact that the majority of the Fourth Division's Headquarters and main hospital is all located directly underground, beneath the notorious sewer system that the Fourth Division is know for navigating with such skill. Though the upper level for the most part is where some normal members and a few Swords and Shields precede in, along with their Captain, Jousake dropping by every now and then.
