A Young blue Jay was being chased By some sand ninjas for stealing food. On order for him to escape them He had ran up a fire escape to flee them. He watched as the baffled men ran passed. Blue Then turned his way to a noise from the other side of the window. He peered through the blinds to see a young girl crying and a raging father.

BlueJay was disturbed buy what he was watching. It bothered him to the pint where he did not think about it any longer, He only took action. It happened so quickly, The window suddenly shattering, and BlueJay Jumping on her fathers back. "...I hope you feel the fires of hell...a plane you had made for yourself...." Blue Blurred out. There was fire in his eyes. " I hate men like you...." With a sudden burst of wind Blue Sent her father flying out the window. The guy fell to the hard ground with a thud and a scream. BlueJays Eyes narrowed at little Mayonaka and He slowly went up to her.

" Hush, Its ok.. I know you are scared...." He got down on the floor to her level but stayed where he was. " If you allow me to, I can heal you. You will feel better...But I understand If you rather not. I know what its like to be hurt like this..." He thought for a moment on what he could do to gain her trust and softly smiled. Out of that sack that was tied to his hip He pulled out a small blue feather and pressed in his hands. When he opened them the feather turned into a small blue bird " If you like you can keep him..." the little bird flew from his hands and landed near her.

" Mayonaka, Thats a pretty name.." Oddly he was not shocked of her teeth. He was quite used to it. " They call Me BlueJay..."He said. Blue turned his attention to the door way as the door flew open. Her father stood there, Half his face beaten and bloody by the fall. He glared at BlueJay. " Dont think I dont know who you are boy, your father had said enough about you..." He blurred out in rage. BlueJay just stood up and faced the man. " You know my father? Now I see why you are an a**...What you have here you do not deserve to have..." BlueJay looked at the window then At Mayonaka. Befor little Mayonaka could Notice it. BlueJay had scooped her up and and she was in his arms. With her He flew out the widow And stood on the banister. " You dont need to deal with him. you have your hole life in fount of you. There is no need to be dragged down buy him . He knows My father some how, And....The way you look....Its not fair to you...I promise you Little Mayonaka That you and no other will ever have to deal with this pain again...Thats if you want me to help you..." He looked at her. his eyes soft with a sparkle to it.

" Alright then..." Her father ran to the window as soon as BlueJay leaped of the Banister. It was like wind was guiding them, almost like flight as Blue jumped up on a near by roof. " I promise you wont be disappointing...." He said to Mayonake. " Dont look back what ever you do. He is in the past for now..." BlueJay then continued on with her. The window slowly fading away into a point of light.

BlueJay brought her into this old abandoned temple some place just out side the sand village. " Your father is stupid but knows enough to send some one looking for you. But it ok..." Inside this temple, it was quite run down but there where lovely pictures of animals and people, gods and demons. BlueJay sat little Mayonaka down and looked around. " Hey Sergo!" BlueJay called out. An owl flew and landed near by then it turned human. " BlueJay my boy..who do you have here?" Sergo asked. He was a scruffy older man in his 40s.

" Mayonaka this is my teacher, There are three others with us but they are out. All of us are...homeless but unlike most we know how to survive. He wont hurt you at all. He good." BlueJay said to her. " Thats right little lady, all of us here are a rebel nature. We dont take crap from people and we dont take no for an answer." Sergo said. " Did you guys manage to get more food in?" BlueJay asked. " Yup we did but the others went to get some meat this time.." sergo said leading the two to where they stash there food. " Are you hungry Mayonaka? Blue asked her

" Humm maybe we should go on and get you settled In..." BlueJay took some fruit with him and was leading Mayonaka some place as well as giving giving her an apple. " Here Mayonaka this it where you can make your bedroom. . It was a faily large room. There was a bed there all ready but it needed stuff. " What ever you what to put in it is all up to you. We can get it for you. Later If you like to You can meet the rest of my friends. They are all good people and Know we take care of each other here and I was wondering, would you like me to train you? " BlueJay asked be for being called by Sergo. " Think about ok. And take the time to look around the place it you want. "

Around the coner, This tall skinny boy came lumbering around. With him was his partner an older boy with a scar going down his face. They both stopped noticing the girl. " Oh, look...look Seth...look at she..." the taller boy said as the older one, Seth pulled him back " Come on Leppy, you scare the thing...Im sorry, Leppy Is harmless but can control his stranth at times "
