NOTICE!!! 21 is the minimal qualifying age for any staffing position. That does not mean that someone may be 21 and "been doing this for years". 21 means they are a first time teacher. There's no reason why kids have been teaching. No exceptions.

Notice
while it is not manditory, please try for a 1 in four pokemon to have 1+ status or none damage-dealing move. Not required, but more favors and points will be awarded for the effort made--as well as a more favorable chance to lead in upcoming roles.

Leading roles are decided by the style of every player after a given period of time on where they would shine with their character(s) to the good, the bad, and the neutral.
