The gym. Where sports take place. There are bleachers of the school's colors and basketball hoops and yeah gym.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Breathing heavily, Alesana wiped her forehead with the back of her right hand while dribbling a basketball with her left. Normally, students would go back to their dorms and take a nap or finish up homework but for her, she would always practice right after class; it's what she loved to do. Catching her breath for a moment, she drove in and made a left-handed layup. The way her body moved made it seem that she practiced that one layup over a thousand times and it was probably the case. After the layup, Alesana took the ball back out to the three point line, lined up her shot, bent her knees and flicked the ball outwards with her wrist. Perfect swish as always. "Hmm...maybe I should work on ball handling..." The teal haired girl ran to retrieve her ball and walked to the middle of the court with the basketball placed on her hip. Arriving at the middle, she assumed her ball handling drill. Two bounces in front, one through the legs, two behind the back and repeat. Over and over until her body got used to it to the point where she didn't have to think about it. This sport was Alesana's pride and joy. The only bad part was that this school didn't have a girl's basketball team...yet. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In my heart I know I failed you, but you left me here alone♪ ♎ Lucina sighed, as she had simply just been wandering aimlessly for the past couple days. She didn't even realize that she was on campus and going into other doors until she heard noise and decided to go investigate. She wandered into the gym hearing the small smacks of a ball on the gym floor. At seeing a girl with teal hair using the ball in a weird way she tilted her head " " What's she doing? Weird She quietly watched not knowing what the name of the sport she the teal haired girl was doing. She knew of different sports but this one she didn't quite know.
Having the nervous twitch she turned invisible for a second and climbed up the steps and onto the stand and watched. Slowly turning back to her visible state she watched with a curious expression hoping that she wouldn't be noticed right away.♎ ♪You say that I'll never change

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx After a while of doing the same ball handling drill, she held the ball on her hip and stood there for a good forty-five seconds, trying to catch her breath. Her drills always seemed to tire her out easily because it required her feet to move quickly. She sat down right where she was, in the middle of the court. It felt great to just relax her muscles but as soon as she sat down, she sprawled out into a laying position. "So....tired!" " She called out from her perch a smile on her face. She normally wouldn't have spoke first but she felt like she should have at least let her know that she wasn't alone. She didn't want the girl to freak out to much from having a audience watching her .♎ ♪You say that I'll never change

Her eyes rested upon a girl seated who was seated on the bleachers. Was she watching her the entire time? Or maybe she was waiting for Alesana to finish so that she could practice by herself? Seeing that it was rude to speak to someone while in such a lazy position, she hauled herself onto her feet again and tilted her head. "I'm sorry, did you want the court? She adverted her eyes towards a corner, she knew that she probably sounded dumb for not knowing every single sport in existence. Yay can't wait to see what is said. It was only the best sport known to man of course! She wanted to shake some sense into this girl but she seemed too...pure to know this sport. During games it would get very violent, physical and aggressive so she assumed that's why. "Oh...well, it's called basketball." She held the ball out towards the girl, showcasing the main ingredient of the sport. "You just dribble it and try to shoot it in that basket..." Like...you can't walk with the ball for more than two steps...that's called traveling. And when someone is shooting the ball, you can't hit their arm or body slam into them. That's called a foul or can be a technical if it looks like it was done in a unsportsmanlike way. Ummm...you can't dribble the ball, pick it up, and dribble again. That's called a double dribble." She balanced the ball on her finger tip and started to spin it while thinking of more rules. There were a lot more rules but she thought she went over the pretty basic ones. "The point of it is to score more points on the other team's basket and defend your basket from the other team. Shaking her head she sighed, glancing at the spinning ball on the girls finger. "Sounds less difficult then i thought it would be. It also sounds like everything relies on how quick you are when dribbling and what not. And how evasive you become when getting through the opponents" ♎ ♪You say that I'll never change

It was an easy sport to learn but after learning the fundamentals, that's when each player creates their own playing style which was always the fun part. "Exactly, but sometimes there are players who you simply just can't drive right through or rebound against. They might be bigger and taller. That's why teams have certain positions and they're decided on height or skills. Point guards handle the ball most of the time, they're thought of as the leader of the team and they're usually short because ball handlers that are short are hard to steal the ball from since the ball is lower to the ground. The guards are on both sides of the point guard. Height doesn't matter for their position but you have to be good at shooting three-pointers, setting the posts up for their moves, or driving hard to the basket. Now the post position is what I play. They're the big or tall girls under the basket. They get passed the ball to make short and easy shots or they're there to rebound the ball and pass it back to the point guard. Speaking of I wonder what she is.... Lucina slightly sniffed the air trying to see if just by her scent she could tell what the girl was. Getting nothing definite she focused back on what the girl was saying. "It sounds like a fun sport to play. Though I doubt I would be good, I'm not the athletic type who goes out for sports.. She was beginning to babble, her mind had went blank slightly.
