Do Not Judge. ''You don't know what storm I'm not quite done with this book, but I'm rather enjoying it so far. I love how involved and informative it is about how some people in society are treated when it comes to some churches.
At first, I was a little concerned and feeling ''it can't be quite that bad'' but then really thinking about it and from personal experience and how I've seen other people treated in some places, it's got a good point.
And quite honestly, I love how Vic Mignona is mentioned in the book (just called ''Vic'') as I've heard his story concerning this issues and his experience highlighting some points of how people should treat one another.
Even though I'm religious, I feel it's just a good insight on how people need to treat each other within or outside of the church. And it touches down on some great issues about how diversity started in history and how things like pride and refusal to fold in an argument has gotten us where we are today.
Great read! I've asked her to go through.'' ~God

This sounds good. I am very picky. Before I turned to God a couple years ago I only read murder mysteries. But now its history and anything to help me understand God. The book you mention sounds interesting. I have checked out churchs in my area and the way people are treated and the things people say about other people that believe in Jesus is not right to me. I think its all about love. But I will check out that book. Thanks for the recommendation.

And I love this book because not only is it a good way to explain the ways of the ''Freaks'' and just a good reminder of how we don't need to judge and to just keep hearts open despite what's on the surface. If you ask me, I'm waiting for a chance to lend it out. If I had a second copy I would just leave it somewhere (I really want to hang onto this book though so I don't want to part with it just yet...it has some great references in it, but for now I love recommending it however I can).
There is this unique perspective from a Christian and outsider's point of view that has some great points that just really come together. *nods*I've asked her to go through.'' ~God

As an atheist I've dealt with alot of scrutiny from my fiances catholic family. (Catholics are the worst out of all denominations honestly IMO) However back on topic, this sounds like a good read! May have to pick this up! always looking for something new and controversial! smile

While it sounds interesting, I have one question. How understandable would it be for someone with minimal religious knowledge? My mother is buddhist, while my father isn't religious. Any real religious knowledge I have is gleaned from high school, where the majority of people were Jewish sweatdrop

This sounds like an interesting book! As a Christian, it would explain some of the reasons how our world has gotten so bad. Even if baptists are more relaxed, there still seems to be problem of judging considering most are possibly rooted in the south.
Where I buy the book?

This looks interesting, it's important to be reminded to practice what we preach not just believe it. If that makes sense
