Captain-Commander's Office
Outside|At Night|Compound Entrance| Koi Ponds|Office Space

Located at the High Tower is the grand Captain-Commander's Office. Being the main offical "office" of the Gotei 13, the office is kept rather organized. The office, at the entrance is a large Japanese fashioned sliding door with a large painting of the Sqaud one insagnia. The door is then opened to expose a large open room, which is fashioned a fashionable manner of Japanese culture. The main furniture is crimson red with white trimming seateda round a large wooden table. On the table sits a large vase filled with many irises, the Captain's favorite flower, and many small decorations. The main furniture area is for visitors to come and speak with the Captain-Commander when she is in. The main desk area which the Captain-Commander sits at is located far to the corner of the room. The desk takes up a few feet, allowing use of the full top.
The top is organized into certain piles, for letters, reports, and etc. The desk also has a very beautiful lamp supplied atop at the left corner. Under the lamp lies pieces of paper, an ink jar, and a brush. A sealing rod is placed beside it for sealing letters with the Squad one insagnia. The Captain-Commander does schedule appointments in her office, and no one is allowed to enter when she is gone. When she is in those holding Captain rank are allowed to enter at any time, anyone lower must have permission.
The highest point on the tower is a much more realistic area. It is basically a large area made of few buildings and rooms. The Captain-Commander's office being the tallest. The other nobles roam in other places here. This tower is one of the more mythical places in Soul Society, being the Squad that takes the higher grounds of the Seireitei.
Travel up to the high tower isn't actually as hard as many think. It's only a long trail to the actual entrance.

The sun is setting now and shadows dance along the stone pathways of the Commander's tower. Kokoro, obviously enraged, appears walking up the stone stairs with four elderly Squad members trailing her. "You're telling me our Vice-Captain merely left to the Human World without authorization from myself nor Captain Ishtar?" she says to them. "Yes ma'am. We told her it wasn't allowed but she insisted she go." one said while stroking his long white beard. "Commander, why did you choose such a girl as our Vice-Captain? Former Vice Matsumo would've scoffed at this!" says another. Kokoro stops, turning to face him, "I saw some potential. Do you question my wisdom?" she says looking him square in the eye. He trembles, "Not at all Madame Commander!"
Kokoro turns continuing stroll to the entrance. "Inform Captain Ishtar that I request his presence upon his arrival back. As for our Vice-Captain, she'll be put under probation until she learns to control her rational behavior. This is Squad One, not Eleven." she says. Her last sentence was almost humorous considering that very Squad is her origin. She enters through the doors. "Have we sent out the notices to the Captains concerning our next meeting?" she asks beginning up the stairs. Yes ma'am! As scheduled!" a member answers. Kokoro nods, "Excellent. Now leave me, I have work to handle. Thank you gentlemen." ahe says entering her office closing the large doors behind her.
They bow and scatter off.

Without even knocking or excusing herself, she entered. At this point, Kokoro would be one pissed little ball of a woman, but frankly, Nocella didn't care. Cutting straight to the point, she folded her arms and stared at her. "The Thirteenth is coming to visit you. Apparently 'fight me' is code for 'I have something to discuss with you', nowadays." she snorted. Now that her message was delivered, Kokoro was free to punch Nocella out the window, if she cared to. That might be nice, letting out some rage and so forth. As Kokoro's most brash and rude member, Nocella was usually the target of her rage when she turned Super Saiyan Kenpachi. It wasn't because she was just conveniently around all the time. When they traded barbs, Kokoro just knew that she could take whatever she threw at her. That was one upside to throwing away the majority of your emotions.

>A Mixed Bag of Feelings< Listen... I'm a little different. Sighing, Eun Ji walked into the Head Captain's office. Duty called he supposed, and with the Captain up in a fit that badly, it was obviously bad, especially since the source was a Captain of the Gotei 13. And once more, proving he was cursed with some kind of deity of poor punctuality, Eun Ji arrived just late enough to miss out the explanation of things given by Nocella. Walking over, taking his place next to the pink haired poison tongued shrew that was her comrade, Eun Ji stared ahead, blowing on his hair again. "You owe me dessert Noce." He remarked before going silent, taking the role that was truly his, a member of the all Five-En, and right now, his duty was to keep watch over Kokoro. But that doesn't mean I can't handle myself. Kokoro, now calm, looks at Nocella and Eun Ji. She listens to Nocella's report, taking a moment to respond. "I await his visit. He didn't go about this the proper way and neither did I." she says, whispering the last tid bit. She places her elbows on the desk top, folding her hands over one another. "If you haven't already heard, it was reported that my Vice-Captain left to the Human World after leaving Udon-Nobu." she says suddenly recalling her steamed exit. "Thanks for covering the expenses Eun Ji. I owe you a dinner." he says to the lad. She knows Nocella didn't pay, it wasn't in her criteria. "I have to prepare my barracks for Inauguration of the new Captain of Squad Five and finish the renovation paperwork for my Squad." she says softly beginning to sign the documents her Vice-Captain left for her. The Inauguration Ceremony was a big deal around in Soul Society, obvious to Squad Eight's Seiretei-wide party. The new Captain, hand-picked by Kokoro, will certainly be one to acknowledge.

"You gotta give the job the middle finger once in a while." she said gruffly. That was the closest she was going to get to a display of affection and empathy. She then flicked her eyes to Eun Ji. "Call me that again and i'll be proving your sexuality right here." she said, threatening to kick him where it mattered. Hearing about the current chaos of the Lieutenant and the other Captains, she rolled her eyes. Captain Ishtar should be on his patrols, so he can take care of her. As for the inauguration...well, Nocella was usually nonexistent during the party, or being forced to attend as Kokoro's eye candy on the arm. "Well, if there's nothing else, I won't be far away. Unless you wanted me to punch some sense into the Thirteenth, or your Lieutenant. Maybe then they'll regain some of their senses." she said, shifting her weight on her right foot and crossing her arms.

>A Mixed Bag of Feelings< Listen... I'm a little different. Eun Ji, kept his gaze forward, a little smile upturning the corner of his lips, though one may not be exactly certain unless they were reading Eun Ji's mind. That being said, he simply shifted on his feet with a smile as Nocella threatened him, as if either oblivious or taunting her. He would excuse the Head Captain for walking out, Kokoro had totally different duties than Nocella did, that's why Eun Ji was holding the more emotionless party that was Nocella responsible.
A few moments and after careful consideration, Eun Ji mulled over what he heard. Obstinate Lieutenants, excited new captains, parties, it was all very.... up and down. A roller coaster of things as good news mixed with the bad. The only other indication that Eun Ji heard what Nocella was saying was a light giggle following the threats that were sent around the room, claiming, and likely quite willing, to put a boot to someone to put them back into line. But that doesn't mean I can't handle myself. OOC:Feel free to continue posting without me in the event I go offline. I'm going out to eat shortly. Additionally, Mochii has explicit permission to manhandle Eun Ji out of the area.

╤♪Silent Assassin♪╤ There is no point in speaking with you.... A small surge of spiritual energy was felt through the air, perhaps on the level of a fourth or fifth seat squad member, the image of a crimson red scarf could be seen visible in the distance, with every step that he took would allow for closer speculation of said individual's appearance to become more noticeable. It would be Noah Albright of Squad 13. As the male came into view of the entrance of the captain commander's office, Noah found himself stopping for a brief moment closing his eyes, his body seemed to react as towards the spiritual energy he felt up ahead. "So much for a private meeting." He thought to himself, taking a right, he began walking up the steps of the entrance way, as he reached the top step, he let out one final sigh before entering the office, as he made his way towards the Captain Commander's room he over heard of some rather interesting news. Apparently her vice captain had went to the human world without her permission, and yet they were quick to call him the dumb one, it almost was enough to make the man laugh but he did not, instead he shook his head from left to right quieting the notion, he entered the office space, taking notice to the familiar face's he said nothing to any of them, as he looked towards the Commander he announced his arrival. "Noah Albright captain of Squad 13 here to discuss the terms of my behavior." He said in his usual calm baritone like voice, he would end his speech with a formal bow before stand up straight once again. Now he awaited the Commanders response.

"Ah, Captain Albright. State your reasoning behind your actions." she says, now leaning back into the chair. She crosses her legs under the desk. Her posture is very leisurely despite the agitation on her face. Formally, Kokoro would've welcomed a battle when challenged. Now, as the figure of the Gotei, Kokoro couldn't behave so rash. She has officers that idolize her and rely on her actions.
Her blade is positioned on the far side of the office, her eyes shot to it instinctively but she doesn't need it. Her skills in the others arts could easily overtake the Captain, and besides, two of her Royal Guard were present. An act of attack would prove futile.

Noah's eyes golden brown like eyes looked from left to right, not by choice but more of instinct then any thing else, he had trained himself to be wary of any potentially dangerous situation, he could tell that everyone seemed to be at arms length with him, not wanting more then the usual distance between him and the rest, he pulled at the string which was tied to his chest, the other end contained his zanpakuto, as it slipped to the side he placed the zanpakuto on the floor next Eun Ji, he recognized him from their earlier encounter. This was merely a formality to ensure he only had the most best of intentions for his actions, as Noah took a seat in front of the Commanders desk he locked eyes with her before speaking. "The time of peace is coming to an end, from what I gather soul society will face a threat that it may not be ready for, it may very well push the bonds of everyone, that we know and trust to their very limit. What I'm here tonight is to ask you, are you prepared for war against an unknown enemy?" He asked with a placid expression upon his features.

Kokoro stares back at the Captain, her facial expression unchanged. "Captain, there is no danger afoot."" she retorts turning the chair to face the opening in the wall which overlooks Seiretei. Her thoughts immediately go to an image of Soul Society in flames. "I've kept Soul Society safe for almost three-hundred years now." she says softly.
A gentle breeze flows into the room, and the sunset becomes more prominent. It's rays shine on Kokoro's face making her eyes glint. His questions rings in her mind.
"I have been to the edge of death more times than imaginable...no conflict can compare to the trials we faced during the Ash War." she continues looking towards the horizon.
"What has prompted you to jump to such a conclusion?" she asks him.

Noah's eyes looked towards the sun, his golden hues reflecting some of the sunlight as he was deep in thought for a brief moment as if thinking of a way to explain the situation from his perspective. As what seemed to be all but a brief moment of 5 seconds, passed by he would begin his response. "From the piles of paper work that I have read through, over the last couple months specific instances do not seem to align altogether. For instance, after careful review over the latest copy of hollow combat laws that were issued seemed to be more relaxed, now then they were a month before, perhaps that might be for the lack of population in the human world, aside the point the one thing that history has taught us, is history is bound to repeat itself, if we do not find a way to break the vicious cycle that we are in, it will only be a matter of time before the next big threat comes and catches us by surprise." He stopped speaking, his ideal's mainly foolish, seeming to sound as if ignorant would only prove to be part of his downfall. Noah closed his eyes, before continuing on. "If I can find proof of any potential threat what would your response be?" He said opening his eyes, waiting for a reply.

A single hell butterfly flew into the office rather easily through the window and landed upon the head captain's shoulder. Syncing with her mind it relayed a message provided by her very own lieutenant. 'Head captain there's some sort of new hollow. It's almost like a shinigami wielding it's own zanpakuto. Upon trying to defeat the being to contain it the sixth division's captain defended it allowing it to escape claiming that it might not be evil. As of right now I will try to detain the sixth division's captain and have him report for his treachery. I send this butterfly to you because I will not be reported as a traitor again in the events of my probable death. Forgive me ahead of time.' Was all that Noroi placed within the hell butterfly as she then went on into battle against the captain in the human world.

As she was about to reply to her fellow Captain, a single Hell Butterfly lands on her shoulder.
Kokoro clenches her firsts, " Troublesome Reapers!" she snarls between clenched teeth. There's nothing Kokoro hated more than disorder.
"It seems that my Vice-Captain needs to be taught a thing or two. Eun Ji and Nocella, I need you to go and clean up this mess in the Human World." she says turning to face her two guard members.
Bound by law, Kokoro can not set foot into the Human World unless decreed by Central Fourty-Six. Usually frustrating her, Kokoro abiding the law would not visit herself. "Keep your eyes sharp friends." she says.
Captain Ishtar will need to be questioned upon his arrival as would her Vice-Captain, but being a beckon of the law, she is required to listen to both parties before making a decision in this case.

Later then." she said, snapping her fingers to open up a Senkaimon. Trouble this, trouble that, and it was still peacetime. Gotta hand it to the poorly disciplined reapers. "Remember Commander, middle finger." she said, clicking her tongue as she headed to the Human World to deal with the pests.
