Personality : Rhys is a shameless flirt. If he's talking to a female, he's flirting. Guys...not so much, usually, but he's been known to flirt with guys who might be more feminine. He's smart, wealthy, popular, and handsome and well he knows it. He uses all of these things to get what he wants in life.
