Abandoned by her father at the age of one Shay was found crying in an ally way by an elderly Wolf who brought her home, around the age ten the man who had raised her and protected her for so long passed away and left Shay with a small house and a sort of ring that Shay soon altered to go on as an earring. Never quite learning to use her power's the light and dark that she was born to wield lay dormant until she finds someone to help her release them.
After being alone for so long after the wolf had died Shay had fallen for a sickly boy who passed weeks after meeting her and since then had promised herself she would stay away from people.
