* Ethan is Aubre's uncle and the president of the post-apocalyptic form we live in. * In an experiment that tried to mix magic and science with the human body he ended up extremely deformed and having a monster form. Most of his deformities, minus the claws can be easily covered up. artist: Dirt Moth request: I'd love, love, love to see my current main OC, Taran Amar, in your style. This is her: rpr and her character sheet is this one. And now I am going to spam you with a bit more info, since my character's website is currently lacking a lot of information.
Species: Modified Human (Has cybernetic implants in her brain and eyes. Gender: Female Personality: Quiet with a strong presence, willing to speak up for what she believes in. Strong willed, witty and well spoken, though only speaks when it is important. Not easily frightened, she does not believe she has worth, only others have value and she is simply here to help them see this. Brief physical description of the character: She is of petite build with a pale complexion and hair the color of dried wheat. Taran's most notable feature is her eyes; the whites are dark blue/black and both the pupil and iris are completely cased in a thin film that makes them look almost white with a blue tinge. When using her abilities, this white turns to a glowing cyan, which can almost look like a "mist" or "smoke" coming from her eyes as they glow. She has a ong, deep scar trailing from the inner side of her right calf, up past her knee and going slightly diagonal to the outside of her mid thigh.
The references give the best indication of her typical "suits," however, I wouldn't mind seeing her drawing in more tribal clothing if you'd like to design something for her. Her original environment before she boarded a space ship was a jungle planet strewn with life. She originally lived in the caves there, but even then, her people had always been nomadic, and while not completely primitive, their blindness kept them always seeking safety often more than food. Suggested environments:She can be set in almost any setting, whether it be among plants, tree and nature or in a scientific setting, She is easily put into almost any environment. Anything else we need to know: She grew up in caves on a jungle planet, where the rest of humanity left their "experiments." It ended up that generation after generation went by, and they no longer realize they were given their start as genetically modified failures. So, she is one of the first to leave her home and venture into the sunlight.
Taran is actually a character from a science fiction novel I am writing. I was toying with scientific telepathy ideas and thought, what if she would be a visual telepath? I loved writing about how she felt the first time the warmth brushed her face and the first time she was able to see through someone's eyes and trying to figure out not only what was happening, but what she was seeing; and the whole process of realizing what she was doing. But it also makes her vulnerable. Her pupils glow when she is using this ability, so anyone trying to take them down can easily find them. They are especially vulnerable before they realize what the ability is and if they are not in the company of other humans who are on their side.
And a little something I explained to bondagepanda about her back:
