A few months after the Primord disaster Sion returned to the art shop to find a beautiful five year old half Melorian... asleep on his pillow. He took time in raising his daughter Melody and also helped Michi as best he could with raising his two granddaughters.
However... roughly five years later he returned to the Temple Of Mahina... where he sought the companionship of Arah, the high priestess. After reuniting with her, he accepted the full title Grand Blue Eyes and as his first act, united the Guardians and the Imori.
In a short time there was a colony made for the Guardians at the Temple site.

A Year later Sion married Arah and conceived Alaina, his third child ( to his knowledge). Sion loved his children with all his heart and he loved being a grandfather, but he knew that he needed to work on keeping himself in shape due to danger having a bad habit of popping up at random. So He trained every day after for four hours a day, some days longer.
Years pass and he was happy. His life, family, friends.... he could have never asked for more.

Then an announcement that there was going to be a prince. The look on that man's face.....to hear that he finally had a son on the way was nothing less than pure joy and pride.
December 22nd the Prince was born, nearly costing Arah her life in child birth. Her eldest son Rain saving her from bleeding out as well as aiding in welcoming his new little brother to the world, but having to bare the sad news that this was to mark the end of Arah's birthing abilities.
Sion raised Jossiah, the rest of his children, and grandchildren as best as possible while also delegating the new Imori and guardian order.

As the sun rose on the nineteenth year a young man was found on the temple steps, his hair and wings black as coal. His name was Gabriel Syberious Rain, and he had come to confront his father about not being in his life, or as he thought, abandoning him.
The whole year was spent fixing his relations with his oldest son, a small taste the many challenges to come as the call for a Neofleet was made.

After the Primord invasion, Adamska recovered from most of his injuries. with the sole exception being his legs. The admiral was diagnosed by Faul and Mishaela both, deemed mutually to never walk through his own will ever again.
While disheartened, Adamska didn't let this get to him. His sacrifice was small compared to others'. He heard from Sion that the Imori possessed powerful healers of their own, which elicited a convenient side-trip from him when he came to visit his Melorian comrade.
Mahina herself approached the world-declared hero, offering him a boon. Adamska gestured to his injured appendages and the moon goddess cast her spell. Unfortunately, even Mahina's magic failed to reverse the damage Primord had done to his body. Mahina, dauntless all the same, insisted on granting something to the admiral, to which he responded,

"If I wanted anything, it would be for our children to grow up in peace...in a world not ravaged by carnage and suffering."

Mahina was at first intimidated by the task before her, but set about weaving her magic throughout the surface world, making the world a more peaceful place to live...though, perhaps not entirely without conflict every now and then.

The years following, Adamska prepared the world for the end of Mahina's boon. Once her enchantment had fallen completely, he knew that evil and hatred would explode from everywhere, and that their children would need to be able to handle the plight once it was upon them.
He returned to his home in Novinsk and raised his two children with Kuro. Sashura showed an enthusiastic sense of challenge when presented with the possibility of becoming a hero like her father one day.

Adamska, still considered the closest thing to royalty in Novinsk, was presented with the position of Secretary of Defense of Novinsk, a position previously held by the esteemed prodigy, Alexandr Alexandrovich Alexandrov.
Adamska was reluctant at first, but after pondering and scheming, he accepted the position so that he could put a plan into motion. One that would serve to protect Earth from evil after Mahina's peace had ended.

6 months from Sashura's twenty-first birthday, a plan was announced to the heroes of the Primord Invasion. A plan to form an elite force of heroes.
Thus began the Neo-Fleet Initiative...

Hailbreak

PostPosted: Thu May 30, 2013 11:13 am

After all was said and done, Trance set to have a day commemorating those who had lost their lives in the battle against Primord. This day was to be called "Kear Di Martivir", or the "Day of Peace". After the day of celebration, he went to Whisper, announcing that he was stepping down as emperor, and that he must leave. After discussing it, Trance announced it the following day to the public. He went on to say that he is a war leader, and that the war was over, so Whisper shall be the one to lead in the days of peace. Two days after this, Trance disappeared, not to be seen within the 20 year period. During this time, he took it upon himself to find his brother's egg...

The newly reformed Hailbreak was initially overwhelmed by his memories all rushing back to him, along with his previous form, and cohort. He spent several years doing what he did best... drinking his sorrows away. Well attempting to anyway. He and Hellfire eventually grew weary of the "peace time", and would start making trouble themselves. Starting several bar fights, a few fires, and fighting off the authorities, Hailbreak ended up with a bounty on his head. The two always made sure to never kill anyone, much to Hellfire's dismay, but they kept the trouble going. This kept going for a few years, until they grew bored of that as well. They started to notice more of the crimes that happened to the lower people. Assault, robbery, murder, rape, etc. They had decreased during the peace time, but they still existed. Hailbreak then decided to make a life change, and begin protecting the weak, becoming a hero of the people if you will. Though to get this to work, he had to talk Hellfire into it. They eventually came up with the agreement, that Hailbreak would kill the scum, and Hellfire would then absorb them. This increased their bounty even more. So Hailbreak spent the rest of the time, as a wanted vigilante, doing what he can to protect those who need the protection. Also, over the years he also made a friend, that of a seemingly immortal mongoose named Jeb. Jeb likes whiskey.

Hima was reluctant to accept the love of the Riketz II that had come in the Great Calling, worried that his love was a fabrication of the Diviner's design and because she wasn't sure she could hurt her life-long friend Wesley, but with the vampire's blessing and Riketz's persistent assurance that his feelings were genuine they were married.

Riketz was offered the position of Count Regent of Torkan as Jr., the Crown Prince, was not of age. With his acceptance of the position Hima gave her house in North Bravise near the shop to Sharde Williams and moved to Inara to live in Castle Torkan where she raised her assortment of children, legitimate and adopted.

Hima took Bewsh's death hard and had Riketz build a greenhouse on the Castle Torkan grounds to house the alien's army or plants and hung his hammock in there as well. She also tried to continue being Hima-Mom for anyone who needed her.She and Wesley also founded one of the earth's first comic book publishing companies.

Deep down though, Hima spent the twenty years of peace filled with a dark sense of dread, waiting for the day to come when a long lost friend would come back and request she keep her end of a bargain...

Kraze disappeared following the death of Bewsh, having taken the fall of both him, the supposed death of the Admiral, and the loss of her daughter's love, Anton, rather hard. It is unknown as to her whereabouts, but some say that she became a mercenary for a time.

Michi and her two children took up residence under the offer of Arah, her step-mother, and resided there for a time before going back to Barton to start their own little home on the outskirts.

Asali became a mother once more, raising her and Barakkus's children to be as wonderful as they could be, and also once they came of age, taught them the ways of the samurai.

Whisper continued to rule the Eastern Kingdom, and, after Trance's departure to places unknown, she announced the birth of her first child, Valeria Ilanthia Ultimo, keeping her husband's last name for reasons only known to her.

Though Epiros willingly went to the Great Arcanix Illyana remained on Earth for a few months repairing her relationship with her estranged mother and waiting to see if an uninfluenced Epiros still loved her. While on earth she eventually read the will her grandfather Aleksi left with Adamska. He had left everything to her with the exception of the small manor on the shores of Lake Daring in Novinsk and a number of shares in stocks that he had left to Anton. Because Anton died shortly after the will had been written, but had no will of his own by Novinskian law the manor was given to Michi, their twins, Haileen and Olivia, and his oldest daughter Nina and the stocks split between them.

Shortly after her twentieth birthday in January Sanraku removed the enchantments from Illy's body with antimagic and she joined Epiros in the Arcanix to be wed. They happily spent a few years together before Epiros, who could not conceive on his own, made Illy a child with magic, a little seemingly human girl. They named her Naiome in honor of Naio. And a year or two after Naiome, Epiros and Illy decided to have one last child, an anthro bunny son named Dash.

Though the arcanix remained their home, Illyana and her children often visited her friends and family below, keeping an eye out for them like the goddess some people thought she had become.

For fear of her life, Rosie had played a rather passive role in the invasion. Her energy was spent helping in the effort to evacuate the settlements which were in Primord's path. Being quick and agile, it was fairly easy for her to run from house to house efficiently. The challenge was to convince them of the danger. Operations ran smoothly enough and soon she learned that Primord had been felled.
It was all she could do not to sink into a rather black mood when she learned of the losses. She bid her fair wells to her friends - to those conscious or alive - and promised to write to them. Upon her return to "the real world", Rosalie was reminded that she was a wanted criminal, that the bounty hunters would stop at nothing and that she simply hadn't the energy to confront them. Resigned, she turned North and walked. And walked. And took a train. And walked some more. Finally, she took a ferry to to the Northern Wastes and settled in a small, secluded wood cabin near the Jimbai Colony.
Rosalie lived in relative seclusion for the better part of 19 years. She took the time to continue her research; after having heard that her soul was probably still accessible, she was determined to find it and keep it this time. Immortality was a drag.
Nothing she had access to in the North was of any use, but one document referenced another until eventually, she was led to Novinsk's Estate of War and Defence. After many well told white lies and references to her friendship with Adamska, Rosalie managed to gain access to secret documents; archives which held accounts on a certain attempt at creating a biological weapon. With a start, she realized she had been skirting around her own soul for the better part of 3 years! She immediately went off to find her old friend Hailbreak.
It took almost a year or bribing bar tenders and coaxing information out of observant children, during which she was told many times that "hunting a damned gun-armed b*****d for the bounty would be suicide for such a lovely young lady", before she found her old friend.

(Forgive me if I've stepped on someone else's cannon. Let me know and I'll fix 'er up)

Though he had suffered many losses, thanks to his connection with spirits Jr.'s loved ones were never far from him. Sometimes Hima would catch him talking to Anton or Ai and unable to see them herself she was concerned he was having trouble letting them go. Eventually Jr. learned to keep the conversations a secret to everyone except Koga and Butters, his balaffo companion.

Jr. was provided as normal and stable a life as one in his position of heir apparent could be given and aside from a run in with a mountain beast at 10 that left his body scarred he was a relatively happy child. (In all honesty he was happy about the scars too, insisting that they made him considerably more bad a** and refusing to let his godmother Mishaela heal them.)

Though Jr., having earned his adulthood by Torkanese law, was able to be ascend to the throne at twenty he refused, believing he was not yet seasoned enough to rule an entire country and left Torkan in the hands of his father for the time being. Around his twenty-second birthday Adamska gave Jr. an opportunity to practice leading and prove his worth as Captain of The Hightide, the first ship of the Neofleet.

Khalissi

PostPosted: Sat Jun 01, 2013 12:46 pm

Khalissi returned to the First Principality after the battle was over to find that with Oc dead she couldn't stand it there. Restless and nearing the end of her pregnancy she traveled to the Ninth Principality to give birth to her son, Rall'oc Xalumoor, under Valerion's watchful eye.

Alfythyr sent an envoy to offer her the position of Princess Regent over the First Principality until Rall'oc came of age, but the bard politely declined. Both the King and Faul, who was attempting to repair his strained relationship with her, offered her and the young prince homes in their respective palaces. Faul urged Khalissi not to go to the Royal Province, insisting by his calculations she and the aging king were statistically likely to fall in love and if she became queen she would once again be a threat to his designs.

Finding this to be the most ridiculous thing she had heard in a long while and the Third Principality being far too noisy and having too few real beds, Khalissi accepted the offer of the King and moved to the Royal Province to live in the palace.

As time passed she and Rall'oc grew close to both the Swords and the king and unfortunately Khalissi believed Faul's calculations were correct, though she couldn't bear to admit it, not even to herself, that is, until the king's health began to fail even more. Alfythr revealed to Khalissi that not even the Great sage Mishaela could heal him, for the magic that made him sick had been done by a devil and could only be undone by a devil. Hearing this Khalissi sent for Sharde Williams, but the young devil could only slow the process. If they were to heal Alfythyr fully they would have to find the Devil King Oki Doki.

Along the way they were joined by Mahina, the patron of the Imori, who also sought Oki Doki as he had long enslaved her brother Valos, a sun titan and Aspen Orpheus, the only sage alive, or in her case, unalive, to have met the Devil on the battlefield.

Will be updated later.

In the wake of the war, Naio found himself much as he normally did after a violent confrontation, having a hard time to step away from it. Standing in the void of battle almost waiting for any body among the ground to so much as twitch...for once, his mind wandered away to the family that now waited for his return, still wondering if he had made it out.
For someone who had always hated the blood loving beast that crept about his mind, choosing between the safety of his family and the sweet freedom to feed his other half was proving to be a surprisingly difficult decision. Though in the end the very notion that it was a difficult decision only pushed him more towards knowing that if he couldn't best his violent urges, not even for his children that now looked to him to be a guide in life, then he would have to loosen it's grip on him and lock it away.

With in the very first year after the war, Naio sought out the great sage of healing to aid him in removing two of the very things that so often had a hand in setting him off, his head wings. The loss leaving him a little lethargic for a few months afterwards.
Upon full recovery he presented the two little devils to Sion, wrapped in a gift box. If anyone deserved the money they would go for or the satisfaction of hanging them on a wall, it was him. And besides, Naio also planned to use them as a bribe to lure the Melorian into spending a bit of time on helping him with the locking away part. He had heard that Sion's people had been particularly skilled with seals, and even though the mention of a bribe for his services earned the Phoenix alufiend a swat to the back of the head for thinking he needed to pay his friend, Sion agreed.
The two spent the next few years finding and some times making seals that would keep the terror that was Naiomesis Don Viachi under control.

With his demons in chains and Sion devoid of any obligation he may have felt to stay at the shop and watch him, Naio felt confident enough to finish getting an education and earned a degree in the art of the Bravisian language, later going on to become a teacher.
It was a much calmer less eventful life than he had become accustom to, but it was honest for once with no secrets or fear that he might kill someone he cared for.
He tried very hard to settle into the peace of it all, however, in the end the vast amounts of time he found himself with proved to be mind numbing. And with a little convincing from an old golden eyed friend, Naio found himself balancing learning how to be a ruler as well.

Years past and he happily played a father, a teacher, and a leader...but as the world began to rattle and shake with it's usual problems once again, his youngest son shook with it. He could see the beginnings of the very person he had fought to leave behind in his own past starting to grow in his child, Lucian. And as much as he had stood against it himself when he had been all but drafted into the Adventure Fleet, it had been nothing short of the best thing to happen to him. Without the crew that had become family, he would surely be dead or the worst monster to walk the earth aside from evil Vexx. So when the call came for the forming of the Neofleet...he placed his unwilling son among it's ranks and stepped down from his calm life to offer his now willing services to an Admiral he proudly counted among his friends.
