The Basics ! ↷ Before I go on, let me explain what exactly an event is. An event is just something that's thrown on for the fun of it, to give the legion a break from the strict and dull schedule of everyday life, like a dance or a monster hunt. Really! It's not a trick, I swear! It's an evening where campers may enjoy themselves and socialize freely without worrying about chores or their duties.
↷ Everyone is allowed to participate in an event, thus there is no sign-up required. You can choose if your character wants to show up or leave at any point during the duration of the thread. Events will last as long as I think a sufficient amount of time has passed for plotting and whatnot to occur. Maybe a month, maybe three - it depends on the activity of the members. Also, characters who are in quests and tournaments/battles may participate as well, as the events are separate roleplay from the rest of the guild.
↷ Guild members will be alerted ahead of time of the opening of an event through an announcement and a brief post in the Announcements thread. Sometime afterwards, the thread will be posted, and users are asked not to post until the thread has been opened via a post in the event thread. They will also be alerted of the opening through another guild announcement. There is no posting order, so feel free to post as necessary. When the Crew has deemed that the event has gone on long enough, users will be warned two weeks in advance and the thread will be closed and locked afterwards.
↷ Events are also likely to have prizes! The categories available will be listed and the prizes will vary, from gold and Gaia items to magical items your characters may be able to earn. Make sure to check for details when an event opens up!
↷ Anything new added will be posted in red.

The Dos ! ↷ PLEASE use events for plotting! Seriously, events are practically plot central.
↷ If you enter your characters in an event, try and be active with them! No one likes it when their roleplaying partner up and abandons them; at least make a post with them leaving, if you really can't stay.
↷ Make sure to look at other characters' posts. Even if they're not interacting with you, something might have happened that you'd miss out on otherwise.
↷ Make sure to have fun! Events are probably one of the most laid back things that happen at Camp Jupiter - enjoy them while they last.
↷ Anything new added will be posted in red.

The Don'ts ! ↷ Break any guild rules and I'll have Enceladus sit on you.
↷ Don't ignore other characters. It's not nice, people.
↷ Don't leave without alerting your roleplaying partner(s); if you can't make a post IC, at least message them so they can move on with their characters.
↷ Anything new added will be posted in red.
