Title's self-explanatory. And, no, this post won't be getting the fancy treatment like the stickies. I'm lazy, so there.

For the new folks that have joined up: feel free to make your character however you see fit! (So long as it fits within the character creation layout and guide given in The Lost of Moonlight Falls thread.) There are a couple of things that still need doing, such as listing out a further description of Moonlight Falls, Maine and a bit on the workings of the city's courts and members. I do ask that you post your character in its own topic in the Lost of Moonlight Falls subforum. I think I'll rename that sometime soon, so the subforum and thread don't get mixed up in any way. In the meantime, I must bit you adieu, as I'm pretty sleepy and need to get some shut eye. Talk to you later!

Oh! And any questions that get posted will get answered when I get up. Do feel free to consult the wikia in the meantime, however.

Ahh, so this is just getting itself of the ground eh? I looked at the story and pondered about joining, but didn't look around the guild itself until I actually accepted the offer. ^_^
The character creation system seems incredibly intricate, though ever so slightly confusing. I will return to it in a bit, as I have not done too too much research into it yet, only took it for face value as of yet.
How long have you been setting this up? =]

Yes, it's just starting up. I got the ball rolling last night, actually. For character creation, I decided to just go with the actual process for CtL. I hope it's not overly confusing. >_>;

Is there going to be an actual stat-based system for the characters and everything? I just did a little more looking into the Wiki and realized that it is an actual D&D type game. I had never heard of it.

^_^ I'm thinking of going that way. And, yeah, it's part of a whole series of stuff. White Wolf is a pretty cool company, imo.

Hi there smile I'm Yeti. I got an invite to this guild, and after looking around a bit it seems like it could be fun :3 I'm excited about creating my character. My only real concern is I've never heard of or played this game, but I have played pathfinders and other dungeons and dragons like games, so I may need a while to familiarize myself with it's components and such.

CtL pretty much boils down to "fairytales with nightmarish twists". The Pied Piper could be, or work for, a True Fae, for example. smile

I am glad to see another new member! I hope that the guild will accumulate a good chunk of people. It seems deserving of a solid membership. =]

Haha, I sure do. =]
I helped moderate one of the biggest, most active, Naruto guilds for a couple years back in the day, probably 4 years ago or so, and haven't gotten too much into the guild scene again until I made my own (still in the recruiting phases though), and looked into this one. Been roleplaying for a long time, and I feel as though this one has potential. =]

Also! The Keepers, what kind of things are they, or can they be anything? I am trying to write out the character bio for the character I am making. =]

Keepers can be any sort of True Fae. An old-appearing woman living in a cottage, a demented circus ringmaster, a lunatic surgeon...just to give some examples.
