I would like to create an etiquette class, I tried finding my solution in the rules weather or not I may create a class. I only observed that they are by approval...? Please respond, thank you.

Well, I'm not crew//VC//Captain, but I think I'm pretty sure that you can't create a class... at least, not without the captain's permission...
I'm sure if you PM'd her or something you might be able to create the class... but then again, I have no actual status in this guild other than member... (Not that I deserve any other status, I just got here a week ago XD)
