The Diamond Courts have their own housing area and is not limited to Commoners, but also to Engineers or Alchemists that stray away from their set housing factions. Most of the Police Force fill these courts and housing unless some commoners are in the mix as vise versa for the common areas for the Police Force. Since there are so many of the police force in this area there is little to no crime as it's inhabitants are watched closely in this area. The price of housing is much inflated from the rest of the housing areas due to the fact that they have nicer and higher standards for a common unit followed with extra benefits. This area is where you automatically get your own lawn sevices, cleaning services, and anything under the sun. This is the area where the First Minister's office lies and where high-end boutiques, galaries, and museums are held. In a nutshell, this is where all rich people go about their activities.
