Spinning his staff around the one who had allowed his heart to be corrupted by darkness stepped inside the base of the new and improved Akatsuki. So many changes to be made yet so little time. "I'm the Boogiemaaaaaaan." He sang with a cheery tone. all alone without anyone to talk too. "Where is my lovely Katsumi?" He asked with only the reply of his equally lonesome echo. He looked around and saw nothing, but darkness. It was seeping from the walls. It was coming for him. It was calling out to him. It was him. Sitting down on the cold hard floor cross legged and let the darkness slowly merge with his body. Consuming him until his body was at pitch black and toneless as his Lurking Shadow Clones. This was all in his head however. In the real world Toya was standing still staring at nothing. Reality was nothing, but an illusion to Toya at this point. He could no longer distinguish reality from his illusions.

Toya was about to see something in his vision. The darkness was coming for him like it usually did, but this time it had something in the palm of it's hands. It also bore the shape of a woman. A very familiar woman as a matter of fact, but Toya just couldn't put his finger on it. He immediately snapped back to reality the moment Xiezhi spoke to him. Although it took a little while for him to be completely out of his little trance. "Ah why hello Xiezhi. "I did indeed go back to Konohagakure as a matter of fact hehe. I ran across an old friend and it didn't turn out so well haha." Toya had killed Rikyu Akio during his visit to Konoha. The Light Wielder had to go. There was no place for light in the world and Rikyu defied Toya with every breathe he took. "If it makes you feel any better I didn't start it. It was more about self defense haha....." Toya started thinking about how it felt good to stab Rikyu the way he did. It felt so invigorating. Killing normal people was one thing, but killing an Anbu shinobi who had a kekkei genkai that rivaled your own was......Theatrical.

Toya didn't appreciate the condescending air that Xiezhi was giving off. It irritated Toya very much as a matter of fact and even made his relationship with the Espada crumble to pieces in a matter of seconds. Toya sighed and waved his staff around casually without a care in the world. "There is a protective barrier around this land. It grants all of us members extra power. If Konoha came after me I would deal with them like I have always done haha..." Toya also did not like the fear that his subordinate was giving off. Surely the man had encountered beings far worse that Shinobi from the Hidden Leaf. "They most definitely have the dead body. The man I killed was quite popular." Toya's went from spinning his staff to doing tricks with it that became more elaborate by the second. "And lighten up will you? You're giving off a bad vibe." Toya ignored the man's last question because he didn't want to say what the Akatsuki's plans were until every member was present. It was quite a plan.

Toya could not concentrate after what the puppet man had said to him. he had literately fallen on the floor laughing his heart out. "Pffthahaha!!" He laughed out loud for the whole world to hear. His laughter echoed across the halls. Getting back up the man wiped away some tears of joy from his face. "Oh boy that was a good one Kurai. You know how to crack me up!" Toya watched Kurai distance himself from the other two with an innocent smile.

Toya then changed his view towards Xiezhi with the same innocent smile. "Ah non-lethal isn't in my vocabulary, but if things get to rough just shout uncle and I'll stop hehe...." Toya really wanted to see how the Akatsuki was doing in terms of power. If either one of them could lay one scratch on him he would be very pleased. "Ah why yes of course. I started the match, so I guess I should make the first move. Very honorable choice Xiezhi." Toya looked at the palm of his hand and gasped. "Oh dear heavens what is this?" He asked looking at his two spar mates as if they had an answer. Darkness started to manifest in the palm of Toya's right hand. It quickly took the shape of an orb and had a sickening aura to it. "Well, let's get this show on the road I suppose. In an eye blink Toya had shadow jumped in front of Xiezhi and aimed his Despair Manifestation orb at the man's stomach. Shadow Jumping was instant teleportation that required shadows to be present. The Akatsuki Base was poorly lit giving Toya enough shade to Shadow Jump. On contact the Despair Manifestation Orb would explode and launch Xiezhi away.

Toya felt his arm fall forward when Xiezhi used Body Flicker and immediately Toya sensed where his chakra was headed and launched the orb of darkness at him. Swiftly after he swung his staff causing a strong current of Fuuton to blow the shuriken back at the masked man. Toya had no problem facing people who used Body Flicker, if it wouls eventually become a problem, his Mangekyo Sharingans would become very useful in detecting incoming attacks and where he was headed. Toya spun his staff around above his head and placed it in front of him in a defensive position.
