Underground Path

The Underground Path, between Kanto Route 5 and Kanto Route 6, is located directly underneath Saffron City and terminates just to the north and to the south of Saffron City.

The path is the only way to travel between Cerulean and Vermilion when the gates surrounding Saffron are closed from Celadon City.
