i wouldnt worry until she starts running away or cutting herself. Then i would get more involved. you all need to sit down and actually TALK to eachother and the problem can be resolved.
a few years ago,my drama king of an older brother moved in with my dad and i and tensions were really high,we all sat down and talked about everything and it all worked out.

That does sound like the best solution, what I ended up doing is spending an entire month with my sister, while I was off from my college classes, just sitting back relaxing talking with each other, getting ice cream and having some fun at the beach, what I found is that she was only behaving that way because she wanted to get some attention. She seems to be doing a lot better I just hope she stays that way while I'm gone.
