-Rules--Do not use these lines for anything outside of hiring. -Editing and shading knowledge are not a requirement. However, if you wish to be a full time/editing colorist it is. -You must be friendly and able to work with others. -You need to be able to get things done in a reasonable time. Know your work limits. -If you want to be hired then stick around. No one that posts an application and runs will be hired. -We're pretty laid back here, but please don't apply if you really don't have time to put into the shop. -Payment-Designers(Colorists) keep 100% of all they're work.

* We are currently only looking for Editing Colorists!!-Full Time Requirements--Must be able to both edit and shade. -Three pets colored per month for flats/sales/games/ect. -Part Time--Four pets colored per month for flats/sales/games/ect. -At least Two Customs or Breedings every other month. -To apply--Color up at least two samples using the lines provided. -If applying to do edits as well, provide at least two edited samples. -No Cosplays or OCs. -(Note) The shading is meant to be colored to work nicer with any possible color. -Lines-- Wyre Hound-Application Form-[size=18][color=#91a3b3][b]I'd like to apply![/b][/color][/size]

Okay guys, I would like to help others get started and improve their abilities. As such I would like to extend you the offer to be hired, if you are still interested, as colorists. Keep in mind that I will expect you to take constructive criticism from me and other staff members/colorist. My aim is to help you improve. <3 Below I have made specific comments about some of the things I noticed about each person's pets. Please do not be offended as that is not my intention. StarshineAngel01 To me it appears that you have made use of stamps/brushes and textures to color your samples. While there is nothing wrong with the use of these tools, tactful use and moderation is key to making them work for rather than against you. I think your red one is the best of your three. Makes use of a brush while not appearing to have just been 'stamped' with a marking/texture. Vampireluver123 From looking at your samples I see a textures, gradients, filters, and stamps/brushes. As I told Angel, these tools can be used, but when used in excess they work against you. Out of your bunch I like the green one best. Though it has obvious stars stamped onto its mane, the triangular markings are a better, less obvious and more tactful, use of the star stamp/brush. However, the rainbow keychain seems out of place. Here is a tut about stamps/brushes that helped me: Part1 Part2Xxsi_si13xX For you I think you mainly just need practice. My favorite of yours is the green one. It has a variety of markings that work with each other.<3 If you are interested please quote me here or pm me to let me know. -Thank you <3

I was also working on a beach themed one but i didn't post it up. I'm hoping to improve on my coloring as i know it still a little amateur-ish. But i still would be interested in being a colorists. It gives me a motive to improve my coloring.

Always have. And I love being apart of a group and team. Who wouldn't want to color the adorable little keylings here? Did someone refer you?: Yu_Yu_Hakusho_Freak As a side note, I'm actually applying for future coloring, if that's alright. Another thing. The template is a photoshop file. I didn't want to convert it, so I traced over it with a soft brush and colored it that way. It was also transparent that way too.

I made sure to complete all my work first. I didnt tell them completely why I left, because I didnt want to offend them.
