What active activities do you do to keep in shape or just for fun on your personal time?
Soo it's summer time no school...
For me...I like taking a stroll and go everywhere using my bus pass and as fas as my two feet can take me. I go to the gym 2 days a week. I do Yoga, swimming or participate in free dance programs. Right now I'm learning how use barbells properly and being more cautious if I'm doing the right technique. I makeup doing a 3rd day of work out to do a light morning jog around my neighborhood but lately I got lazy.lol
