In regards to figuring out your stat rolls
You roll 4D6 7 times
and get:
15(1)
16(2)
17(3)
17(4)
18(5)
12(6)
14(dummy)

Now, since the 12 is the lowest it becomes the dummy roll, so stats are now

16
17
17
18
14
(12)
now you just put the numbers where you want your stats to be at and that is all there is to it
