Breeding a Doorknob
01. Doorknob breedings can be between opposite or same-sex mice. We don't inquire too closely to find out quite how this works.
02. To request a breeding, post the form below in this thread. Our breedings are colorist-choice, not first-come-first-served.
03. Colorists choose more based on how the owners of the parents have impressed them than the coloring of the pets being bred. The best way for your breeding to spark our imagination is for you to hang around and get to know us.
04. Wait patiently. This shop is run at our pace, and breedings may take some time before they're chosen, if they are at all. Eventually, if your breeding is chosen, you will be quoted, and must come back here to let us know that you're still interested.
06. The breeding cost is free. You will not be asked to pay us anything for your breeding, though you may certainly donate to the shop or colorist, if you choose.
07. The breeding will result in two doorknobs - one for each parent's owner to give away. Because of the nature of this shop, we require you to give your offspring away to friends or people who've impressed you. You are welcome, however, to make arrangements with another person for offspring in return.
08. When giving out your offspring, please note that you may not get paid for them. You must give them away for free.
Breeding a Doorknocker
01. Doorknocker breedings are obtained through tiered auctions that dictate the number of offspring.
02. To get a breeding with your doorknockers, be the highest bidder in the auction, and pay in a timely manner. We prefer payments within 48 hours, though we may allow certain payment arrangements, if you end up having to liquidate items.
03. Because you pay gold for your doorknocker breedings, you are welcome to keep one or all of the knockers that result. We hope, however, that you'll spread the love.
04. Offspring may be given away or raffled off for free. You may not sell your offspring.
